Got my Laptop repaired here, my part was hard to get however after checking in again with Danish he was able to find and order my part. After receiving the part and dropping my laptop off, Danish was able to replace the part in a quick turnaround. The customer service was great and i had a great interaction with Danish an other employees. I would recommend using this location for any needs you may have and i personally will use them again for any future needs i may need.

The guy who helped me went above and beyond. While replacing my screen he even tried to help me fix a low volume issue, cleaned both speakers and wouldn't even let me pay for it. Great job CPR. Thanks!

Ran diagnostics and updated software when camera would not work. Could not identify a specific problem, but nonetheless the problem disappeared when I got my laptop home.

iPad 7 screen repair: I saw the reviews and called in. Screen repair was done the same day which is great when you have an autistic child who loves his IPad. There was an unpredictable hiccup with the IPad after the screen replacement, but a quick call over and no hesitation to back up their work and fix the issue. Repair was done quick and honest I would recommend for anyone needing a repair 5 out of 5 stars.

Scheduled an appointment and arrived with an XBOX Series X for repair. Spent 15 minutes just trying to confirm my appointment (despite showing the representative my phone with the confirmation email on it). Showed him the damage on the XBOX and was finally told that it needed a few days and a diagnostic for $79 with no idea how much $ or how long the repair could take. Just a waste of my time.

Friendly and efficient service. Good communications and very polite when working with older, less tech savvy seniors. A small front office, worth finding if you are in the Tustin/Irvine area.
