I love this store and goes there very often.
I visited the store on 21st of October at 8:30pm to purchase Halloween baskets and the associate was very rude and was not bothered to answer. She was not customer oriented.Very disappointed ?

Low prices (in yen) for many things you (or a young Japanese woman) didn't know you'd need, geared for tight living areas, yet you end up spending more than you plan on spending.
Many things are hard to find elsewhere.
Plenty of sewing supplies and things to organize your life.

Employees are so friendly!
One employee was short but spoke really confidently and was super nice!
They don’t do returns but state it respectfully, no Apple Pay nor Amex too but again they are so respectful.
