If I could give 10 stars I would!! THANK YOU Wolos and Miguel my salesmen at DCH Tustin Acura. Wolos and Miguel both worked with my horrible credit and got me my DREAM CAR! I am still in disbelief! They worked QUICK! Miguel and Wolos pulled off the greatest deal for me and was extremely respectful! I have never felt so welcomed at a auto dealership! Both of them and the team put on the extras we wanted! They are very professional, knowledgeable, kind and one of the best customer service I have received from them as well as the entire staff which made my experience buying a car easy and stress free. I will recommend this sales person and dealership to all my family and friends. I appreciate everything you guys all did for me and my husband. I have to say THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

I bought an Acura MDX with service 100k mile major tune up record today I bring my car to service Acura technician they found the dearler Don't change a lot of thing like beld tensiomner Timing belts etc cost repair over 2200 make noise at engine danger so I must bring to shops for replace timing belts and major tune up even only 70000 miles This dealership service ripped off money don't do right job as. Invoice I pay Don't ever think bring to dearer is good they charged a lot of thing they don't do. Bad

I always have the best experience when I bring my car in for service at DCH Tustin Acura. The entire team is always extremely professional and friendly. On this visit I had the pleasure of working with Kyle who is very knowledgeable and provides the highest level of customer service.

Kyle is always very helpful and does what he can to provide accurate service. The car wash could be better, as my front and rear window still had dirty spots on them, but nothing major.

The dealership is not very transparent and pretty close to dishonest group . They backed on the agreed amount and tried to fudge the numbers with trade-in. You have to be extra vigilant with them, other wise they will try to sneak items different fromoriginal agreement.Total lack of integrity and transparency!Thanks,Al

I was eyeing the new TLX for a while, really impressed with the quality and the way it drove. Ironed out the pricing with the sales manager, smooth and easy. Usually, things don't get this good when im at dealerships but this one was good, they wanted to make a deal and worked with me. I was out in about 3 hours. Thank you for everyone at Tustin Acura I'll make sure to send people over.

From the moment I arrived at DCH Acura, Service Writer Bryan was instantly outside to greet me, verify my appointment, and get things moving on my service. The scheduled/planned service items, plus recommended and added service items were all performed in a reasonable and timely manner.

overall good experience I hate car dealers but the sales guy was nice and knew the product the manager came and said hi and the finance manager also went over everything in detail with the paperwork. Im happy with the deal I got and the new RDX.

I have purchased multiple Acura cars from DCH Tustin Acura for about 2 decades now. Besides the fact it is a great car, the service department is phenomenal. My service advisor Kyle is outstanding, period. Very kind, knowledgeable and very professional. I always feel welcomed, to say the least. The service advisor was extremely helpful. I indicated that I wanted to drop off my car for service, Bryan told me it would be done around 3pm. I explained to him that I live 2.5 hrs away, Bryan was accommodating and explained the process to me as to not put as a "drop-off" but "wait" instead. My car was done within 2 hr from the time I dropped it off. I also asked for shuttle service to a nearby plaza to meet up with my family and also for shuttle service when the vehicle is ready, Bryan again was very accommodating and booked my shuttle services for both time.

Always feel welcomed, people her are nice, genuine and friendly. I spoke with Ken the first time in 2013, and since then I have leased 4 vehicles from here! Something they do, just has me always coming back. Customer Service (purchasing a vehicle or coming in for tune up) is a very important to me, to constantly receive great service, has me coming back! Thanks Ken and the entire DCH Tustin Acura team, you always make things easy and great.

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GO TO THIS ACURA DEALER. I don't care if they are the LAST ACURA DEALER on the planet, you would be far better off going to another planet in the hopes that there is honest Acura dealer there.I made an appointment with Oscar to sell my MDX lease. Much to my surprise, when I arrived for my scheduled appointment with Oscar, he was not there. It would have been nice to at least have had a heads up regarding that but I digress. I was hooked up with Khalil, who was truly incredible. He was very nice and knowledgeable and I enjoyed chatting with him. Unfortunately for him though, he works at the worst Acura dealer in Southern California.I received a quote from Oscar for the value of my car, when I arrived, Jeff tried to shake me down and slide paperwork over that was strictly paying off my car, not anywhere close to the quote I had received. He gave me some bull about how the "wear bars" on my back tires were getting close so that somehow equated to a $4k decrease in the original quote I received. After some back and forth, I was able to get closer to the original quote I received. Still short of the rightful figure but I just wanted to be done with them. Jeff informed me that my check would be ready in a couple business days and asked if I wanted to come and pick it up. I said yes to which he said he would call me. After a few business days passed, I called to check on the status of my check at which time I was told that I wouldn't receive it for another 3 to 4 weeks. Why I ask? The car is already paid in full to Acura Financial Services, you own the car, give me my money. I was told that it takes that long for title (not my problem) and that is why there is a delay and that I should have been told that from the start. Of course, I was not. This unfortunate incident is just another in a long line of terrible dealings I have had with this dealer. I went there again, ignoring my better judgement and I truly regret it. I had an ILX some years ago, I had an oil leak and I had to take it back to them several times to fix the leak because every single time I went, they were condescending and acted like I was an idiot and didn't know the difference between ac condensation and oil. Since then, I never ever went back there but because my local Acura dealer changed to Kia, I had no choice. I should have drove to Weir Canyon, which is what I will be doing when our other Acura lease is up.
