El Paseo Apartment Homes in Tustin is an upscale apartment community near popular restaurants and shopping centers. It offers spacious layouts and amenities. Many residents call the community a family, praising the friendly, kind, sweet, and professional staff. The assistant manager and manager are highlighted for exceptional service, clear communication, and making residents feel welcome. The hard-working maintenance staff completes requests in a timely manner. The area is very nice with polite people, and the community holds resident events. However, some note that the landscape company is low efficient, creating excessive leaf blower noise throughout the day while leaving pavement full of dust and leaves. Overall, for those seeking a new home, the friendly leasing team provides great tours and a seamless experience.
