💥💥EDIT💥💥 I changed the CUSTOMER SERVICE to 5 stars . Not only was the front desk, SUPER attentive and helpful, the general manager communicated quickly completely made it right. Although that doesn’t change the room issues I’m going to give it some grace because sometimes that happens. I’m editing my anger below
There were some issues that bothered me here. I was surprised that we weren’t told about a parking fee after being told to park anywhere. I would never think that you would be charged for open spot right outside. The cleanliness in the shower was not 100% and containers were empty.
I will say the AC unit was GREAT , the sheets were crisp and the bed was comfortable (maybe cause we were so tired lol)
On the way to breakfast We walked by a pool trashcan grossly over flowing with trash all around it. The breakfast … I HIGHLY suggest going out to breakfast even tho it’s free.
I will say the customer service was VERY attentive to these & that was the most important . While my time wasn’t the best … there are enough reviews that there are happy customers in general .

Found a giant cockroach in the room. Front desk refused to switch the room for us. They only sprayed the room. Received no apology or compensation.

My mom and I stayed here for one night and we will definitely be back if we are in the area! The rooms, lobby, and bathrooms in the lobby were PRISTINE in terms of cleanliness. The service was also exceptional. My mom and I enjoyed the continental breakfast in the morning and there were a lot of different options for people of varying dietary needs. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Orange County!

Be CAREFUL!!! Staff is stealing things out of your room and the Management is refusing to do anything. The bathroom was also stinking like hell. I am asking for a Manager since two hours. Finally called the police now. Police was also at the sister hotel several times today. Probably both Hotels have issues... Think twice if you choose this hotel or the one on the other side.

Pros and cons
Pros:
The room was clean as well as the bathroom.
Never ran out of hot water when taking a shower.
The staff were super friendly.
Breakfast is decent
The inn is right off the freeway but really didn't hear traffic.
Starbucks is a 3 minute walk away.
Cons:
The front door was locked up on arrival. Key card required to enter through the front. I was lost on how to get in.
The door to the room was acting weird. Wouldn't close properly when shutting. The latch didn't disengage when it met the door. Didn't try to slam it. I didn't want to disturb other guests. When going through the door I used the key card twice every time to shut the door quietly.
Personal gripe. I prefer softer beds, beds are pretty firm but when you're tired you can sleep anywhere.
Room was pricey. Probably marketing. Reason I picked this location was the proximity to where I was going. Online quoted a price but by the time I booked the room and paid was 45% more expensive than what was initially shown.

Just had the most epic burger at Joe's Grill today, the bacon was crispy and the cheese was all melty perfection, can't believe I waited this long to try it out, definitely coming back!

It was so COLD in there. And the floors were all slippery. Couldn't open the doors, it's like they were frozen shut. They really need to turn down the ice machines
