Had a great interaction with Jason today evening! He was super helpful and patiently waited for me to collect all my documents in order for a shipment. Helped me out with printing docs that didn't format well, saved me a bunch of time there. And also was kind enough to guide me to a location that had same day shipping as his store could only send it next day. Gave me the address and timings too. Thanks again Jason!

Paid extra for 3 day shipping and now its on day 5 with no updates. Somehow fedex doesnt have a way to report issues with the company. Oh u can call india and they will listen to u but ur request doesnt go anywhere. Will be doing my best to avoid fedex from now on

I ship at offices across the country and this is by far the easiest, cleanest, and friendliest that I’ve encountered. The staff here is just so beyond helpful and it actually feels like they enjoy their job and their customers! Thanks

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with this location as my shipment was overpriced by a clerk and cost me instead of expected $150 or $200 for 5 regular size boxes $311. Initially, I agreed but then later I saw that clerk put $100 value on each box, five of them total so it came to $500 value even though I stated that I am not declaring any value. When I called them Rusty told me to call billing department without much asking. I have already tried to resolve it two times but their billing department was already closed today. I will try to call them again. I hope they will consider my concern. If I be able to resolve it i would gladly remove my rating as believe generally they are good.

I rarely need to use a print shop, typically reserved for graduations/celebrations, but when I do I always go to a FedEx. I was able to print 4 10x10 pics in less than 15 min. Mind you I came 30 min till closing and the folks here were able to process my order and finish my last minute grad pickets in a timely matter.

Alex and Jason were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the printing process. They went to great lengths to make sure my brochures were printed as accurately as possible, set up correctly, and cut perfectly, all while also helping other customers with their needs. I was highly impressed by their courteous and positive attitudes and so thankful for their hard work, skilled problem solving, and patience. They are exemplary employees and I will definitely be returning to their location for future printing needs. Thank you guys!
