I recently took my Tesla Model Y to FixAuto USA, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The two women in the front was rude to everyone telling they don’t have insurance claim info or they don’t accept card in tow that are completely functioning. Once I said I will just drive my car back they let me talk to Adrian who promptly accepted and talked to insurance adjuster. unfortunately this woman was also talking loudly to an elderly while the men were helpful. This was 3 pm and this woman did not want to do any work like actually looking up my claim after insurance already towed the vehicle to them, making an otherwise ok situation very frustrating. The insurance adjuster and the tow truck driver was fine but this woman did everything to make it difficult. I had already talked to Adrian and booked appt for 430 and arrived at 3 but the woman had no patience.
I worry for the business how many customers are turned away for laziness and if some people everywhere are doing this kind of drama, will it make sense to keep them in the front desk for every business or just replace them with AI or robots and just pay the mechanic more to handle customer service.
If you filter by lowest ratings, two things are common: falling bumper and bad paint job. I intend to fully inspect the work after it’s done because I lost trust at first interaction with them. The front desk woman was just cruel.

I have been rear ended twice on the highway and both times Fixed Auto in Tustin has fixed my car. Not only have they done an incredible job, they have always communicated professionally with me and have kept me updated on what was being done to my car. My car was repaired 2 weeks before the ETA. I want to thank Fix Auto in Tustin for going above and beyond and for doing an excellent job! I truly recommend this place they are awesome! 👏
