I love living here I've been here for about 8 years now and will continue to live here. Maintenance man Francisco is the best! He is always nice, professional and caring. He's very knowledgeable and helpful too. When I do a maintenance request I get the same day repair service. Which I appreciate very much considering that Francisco is always busy doing multiple projects at a time. Carla is wonderful as well who is the management at the complex. Whenever I have an issue or concern she is always there to help me and get it solved or get it fixed within a timely matter. Both of them are good at maintaining the apartment complex community/appearance and always upgrading. I really enjoy living here.

I've been living here for almost 8 years and the property has never looked as good as it has been looking recently. Management is always proactive about work orders and and complaints. I absolutely love living here and I know I can approach the Management team regarding any issues or concerns. Can't wait to see what other changes are to come.

I live in this complex, and have been living here for about 7-8 years. The current management and Maintenance is the best it has ever been. Carla is making great changes to the complex and whenever I have any maintenance requests Francisco always takes care of them in a timely manner, he is also super friendly and easy to talk to.

Management team has done a phenomenal job at improving the complex and keeping it clean! Previous managers would ignore complaints, concerns, and repair requests unless they were emergencies. Current manager, Carla, is always happy to help with any questions and has gotten repair requests done within a week (in my experience). I never feel like I am inconveniencing her or maintenance team as previous maintenance team and managers used to make it seem! Honestly a great place to live.

Never had any issues. Nice and quiet complex. Management is very friendly and respond promptly. Feel safe since the complex is gated. Manager goes above and beyond to assist tenants' lconcerns or issues.

I have lived here for a year and the maintenance is great. Management is very responsive and attentive. They are improving the complex and just put in all new dual pane windows that are beautiful. They also installed new garage doors and electric motors. The complex is well maintained.Lisa & Andrea
