I came by to pick up Christmas presents for folks and Ms. Chihiro was so patient and kind with helping me select some delicious chocolates for friends and family. They're all delicious and so pretty, totally worth the small premium to support a local business. My personal favorite was the sesame marshmallow ring, a nice crispy cookie base with soft marshmallow. Super smooth chocolate and a very fragrant sesame topping.

This used to be a school and bakery of delicious pastries with a selection of delicious chocolate. Now it's focused on gourmet chocolate, available as small exquisite chocolates (different fillings) or chocolate barks (different add-ins). Although I miss the pastries, the chocolates are delicious. I was gladly offered samples, and the person at the counter was happy to describe the offerings in detail. I ended up purchasing a custom box of a dozen chocolates selected from the selection available.

I recently discovered a hidden gem in Tustin! If you're in the area, I highly recommend you check it out. The store was so clean and comfortable to browse in. As soon as we walked in, the owner Jimmy greeted us warmly and offered samples of the wide variety of chocolates. He shared his journey and passion for creating each unique combination such as earl grey and green apple infused chocolate. My personal favorite was the mille feuille, which had a rich flavor and a delightfully crispy texture. The personalized service and care that went into each hand-packed box made this an experience that went way beyond a typical chocolate purchase. This is a must-visit for anyone looking for a high quality chocolate!

A 10/10 experience and place!!!! An absolutely gem in OC. I was looking for a place to pick up some chocolates as a gift and found this place. From the pictures, it seemed pretty good so I had to check it out. The place is pretty hidden between some office buildings but I'm so happy it exists. Going in, the smell of chocolate just hit me and I was sold already haha. It smelled divine in there. I believe it was Jim who helped us and he was wonderful. He was so patient with us as we tried the different types they had and was so informative on what was in each piece. We felt bad asking to try those couple but he was more than open to keep letting us try some! One thing that surprised me was how all of them were pretty much diabetic friendly! Some he mentioned had no added sugar and that surprised me because I literally wouldn't have been able to tell because they were so tasty. The flavors were super unique. I tried a dark chocolate one with strawberry filling and it was good! It had a hint of fruitiness and the chocolate wasn't super overpowering. I also tried the regular dark chocolate and wow. Had a great bitter taste to it and I really enjoyed it. The hazelnut one was definitely the star. We were obsessed with it and had to pick up half a dozen of that one!! He even gave us two more for the road!!! Such amazing service. We also ended up picking up a box of 12 pre packed chocolates as a gift and it the person we gifted it to loved it! Will definitely come back!! Fantastic service and great chocolate. Please check this place out because they deserve it 1000%.

I was delighted to find out that this artisanal chocolate factory has a storefront for walk-in buyers. Jim kindly treated me to various samples that were all amazing. The sugar content is low which made me enjoy the cacao and other flavors even more. Loved the matcha!

Francium Chocolate is absolutely DIVINE!! Not only is the taste of each chocolate decadent and rich, the art of each chocolate is also so curated and beautiful, and you can tell there is so much love that goes into each piece! We're so happy this spot opened up near our parent's home in Orange County, and we bring plenty back to our home in San Francisco each time we visit - the chocolates and packaging make for beautiful gifts for family and friends! Jimmy at the shop is SO nice and generous with sample tasting, and the store is also beautifully done. It's definitely worth the hype - TRUST!!!

Absolutely heavenly! Francium is a true gem in OC. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the rich, irresistible aroma of fine chocolate. The no sugar added collection is mind blowing and artfully crafted. The owner Jim is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate about the products, making recommendations a delightful experience. Every bite is a journey to chocolate paradise, the quality and flavor are top notch, so it's clearly that only the finest ingredients are used. If you're a chocolate connoisseur or just looking for a sweet indulgence, this store is a must-visit.

Husband discovered this place on Yelp and took us here on Saturday. We went inside not expecting anything and came out with a bag of candy loot. They have so many different samples - it was so generous of them! Of course; this meant we wanted to buy everything on display. The owner whose name is Jim, was super friendly and kind. They've only been open 3 weeks! Such refined chocolate and sweets at this place, we can't wait to come back! Now we don't have to source our bonbons from Chicago anymore, we can just come here. Enjoyed their matcha chocolate, hazelnut chocolate, their dark and milk chocolate brittle, banana foster chocolate and red-yellow bonbon, rocher chocolate, dark chocolate ganache, sea salt caramel chocolate, etc. Both our kids love the chocolates, including us! Yum.

We came to this same location for the delicious French pastries, now they finally reopened as a chocolate store - those chocolate are delicious, and absolutely worth the price , when I go home to Switzerland, I pay the same or more, and I don't have to fly.Dark chocolate truffles are a traditional favorite, but I must say, I liked the lime dark chocolate even more: if you are sceptical about a flavor combo, go for it an try it, you will love it.Done eating my chocolate, I need to go back for more.

Francium took over the store formerly known as ST Patisserie Chocolat / The Pastry School and Shop by Stephane Treand. Changing focus to chocolate. It is sad to see those delectable pastries and kouign amanns go, but what took it's place is even more amazing. All handmade on site from the attached factory using premium ingredients. Cacao beans from Ecuador. No artificial flavoring or fillers. Chocolate, ganache, carmel freshly made daily. Tried a variety of their offerings and recommend the bon bons & Francium dark chocolate coffee bark. Their classic tiny dark chocolate pearls in the clear cylinder containers will return in a few weeks, . - bon bons are $3 each- orange chocolate sticks $8/bag- Strawberry or Matcha barks $10/each- Francium inscribed dark chocolate coffee bark is by weight Have to say these are way better than Patchi chocolates.

This is a new gem in Orange County. This former pastry school led by a top pastry chef and chocolatier from France is now a co-owned chocolate kitchen. The best part, they use natural sweeteners resulting in a glycemic index of seven (for comparison lettuce is usually 10).How on Earth is delicious chocolate coming in lower than lettuce? Let Jim, the co-owner, tell you as you try the amazing samples. Some especially addictive flavors to try include: orange rind dipped chocolate, hazelnut chocolate bark and the banana passion fruit truffle. They just opened two weeks ago. I couldn't find hours online so I'm sharing here:11 a.m. - 4 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. Thursday-Saturday
