I recently had the worst experience at Go Express Car Wash. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2022 with a monthly pass, but this time was an absolute disaster. During the wash, the machine stopped twice, and when it finally finished, a huge pile of dust came out of the machine and landed all over the top of my car. It looked worse than when I started!
Frustrated, I went to speak with one of the staff members, and to my surprise, he introduced himself as the owner. Instead of being understanding, he was incredibly rude and dismissive. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional he was. As a loyal customer, I expected much better, but he made me feel like my concerns didn’t matter at all.
This was the first time I ever had an issue, and I was deeply disappointed by how I was treated. It’s shocking to be met with such disrespect from someone who’s supposed to represent the business.

Disappointing my cars OEM shark antenna was broken off. They never found the piece or never reached out. They said they would call I called twice they simply don’t seem to care. At least a courtesy call telling me that you didn’t find it would help. I doubt they will reach out if they damage your vehicle. Good luck to your customers

They literally put on barely some shampoo , I paid for the basic $8 for a miserable job. Also, it didn’t even put shampoo on the sides of the car only a bit on the front and top ?

Be cautious and record videos before and after using this car wash. While the staff are nice and professional, the manager refused to check their own cameras when my car was damaged, insisting that my wiper was already worn out. They do not take responsibility for damages and only offered a free car wash as compensation.

It's okay, I'm used to my local car wash handing me a couple of wet towels to clean the dash, but it was fine and it was fast.

Quite an average place compared to other car washes around the area. Somewhat beat up and small lot. I can't imagine this place taking a busy day well enough. Quality of the wash was also average. I did like the available towels to wipe off water spots after the wash.

The best vacuums in L.A. & Orange County.! The staff are friendly and very professional. And they have free towels to use for your car and the tires! So professional that I got cash just to give them a tip. GREAT JOB FELLAS.
