Anne/Anh did a terrible job cutting my hair. I showed her a picture of long layers and curtain bangs, and asked her to trim 3-4 inches off the ends. She cut almost 6-8 inches. The layers are not blended at all; they are choppy and uneven. She wet my hair prior to the cut and didn't even bother to dry it so I left the salon with dripping wet hair. The salon had a few waiting customers so I'm not sure if they were just trying to get me out of there as soon as possible. I am never coming back here again. It was a horrible experience.

Don’t listen to the website when it says 8-12 inches to donate your hair it’s misleading and the employees didnt know much about the policy and kept changing the rules of it from being pony tail length to putting u in the chair ready to get the cut done and getting ur info and then not being able to do it

Her name was Ann I believe, an asian lady. She ruined my hair today. I asked for a simple layered cut. My layers are uneven and randomly cut. Both side parting lengths don't match in length. Worst haircut ever. I don't know why she kept justifying that my hair color made it look uneven. For heaven's sake what does that even mean?!

Great service from Ashley! I am from Northern CA and was just passing through, had to stop here while I waited for my Tesla to charge. Ashley cut my preteens hair just as I asked. My daughter is on the spectrum and Ashley was super helpful and patient with her. I stop at this charger about every 4-5 months, I will definitely be back.

Definitely hit or miss. Just came out of a cut here with Anne and was not happy leaving. Would definitely stick with my usual hairstylist.
Did not listen to my request.
Cut off more hair than I wanted

Everyone at Great Clips are very good. The on line sign in is a big help. My 2 favorite stylists are Joel and Bianca! They don’t rush me as I am on a rollator and take the time to be sure my haircut is good for me.
