The workers were decently nice but the quality of service was horrible.
I couldve given myself a better pedicure with my eyes closed. She got gel polish all over my cuticles and the polish work in general looked very sloppy. The brush strokes on my nails are very uneven and choppy. They didnt massage me, exfoliate, or any of the other promised treatment included in my pedicure. I am very disappointed with the quality of this salon. I saw the poor reviews before coming in and decided to give it a chance but readers beware- save ur money and go somewhere actually good. For $70 per person, this was ridiculous

I walked in and asked for a gel manicure and pedicure and went to use the restroom before I got started. I’m so glad I did. From the front door the salon looks run down and dirty, but by the time I got to the back of the salon it smelled like sewage and the restroom and the rest of the back was absolutely filthy! I have never seen such a filthy nail salon! There’s no excuse to be that filthy. Needless to say I changed my mind and left, but had to give feedback as to why, so hopefully they will clean this place up! If they don’t, that is really saying something… ugh!!

Sad, but I will not be coming back here for any custom designs. I asked before being serviced if they could do a certain design, to which they said “maybe” or “let’s try it,” which I definitely should have declined after the uncertainty but I was hopeful. I showed the design several times and no one said “no,” mostly beating around the bush about it until I already had my nails gelled up and they they were like “oh we cant do that, we dont have the same nail polish.” 😐 They will try to get you in knowing they can’t do what you want so they can get you to pay for a lesser design. The lady I had was nice, and what we ended up with was still good, but for the fact that they were not upfront about what they couldn’t do I will not be coming back.

Word to the wise - also check yelp reviews. If I knew how poorly rated this place was on yelp, I wouldn’t have wasted the money. I came here because I needed my nails done for the work week, but only had a small window on my day off in the morning. Happy Nails opened at 8am so I figured why not, it seemed like a perfect situation. Two days later, all nails have chipped paint and some have broken due to a poor filing job. Further, there are streak marks I noticed when I got home. I don't work with my hands, so there is no excuse for the pictures. Pretty disappointing:(

This is worst nail salon I’ve been and the nail technician is very rude, and manager is not professional at all. I told them to take care of my nails since tomorrow it’s my wedding and they did the worst job ever. I don’t recommend this place at all

Nails turned out lumpy and the color was not what I wanted in the reference. The gel design came out COMPLETELY different than the photo, and multiple mistakes were made even after mentioning. Some of the staff were very rude and I now have to get my nails redone, because I can't stand how these look. SUPER expensive, more than normal and my friend was charged extra for the callus treatment on her pedicure without even being asked! Overpriced, and ugly. Do not come here!!

I was short on time today, so (against my better judgement) I decided to go to Happy Nails for a quick pedicure and gel manicure since it's only 5 minutes from my house. The shop was pretty empty, so I thought maybe they'll do a good job on my mani/pedi this time. I was wrong. As you can tell by the photos, the work is very sloppy, and because of the clear coat that was left on my fingers, my cuticles look dry and even worst than before the manicure. I'll never come back to Happy Nails, especially this location ever again.

Requested one person for manicure and pedicure and they agreed but when Pedi was done they sent me to someone else for Manicure and I paid and left

Worst Experience!A couple of friends and I went, but it was the worst experience ever! So rude; I received the please me pedicure but did not receive all of the included items. Plus, they charge $16 for just the gel; I have never heard of anything like this. All of the other one-star reviews are correct—never going back!

I went last week for gel ManicureI asked the girl to make my nails rough to make the gel stay at least 2 weeks ( as we all know about the gel ) she refused and guaranteed that it will stay at least 2 weeks without using any machine to make the nails roughfew days later the gel started to peel from the edgesAfter one week the gel peel off completely from 2 fingersWhen I went back to the salon , a lady told me we guaranteed the gel for one week and the regular for 2 days !!!!!!What kind of products they are using? ????although this place is not cheepHappy nails is very bad experienceNot recommended for anyone

Holly and Thu are so sweet and they did such an amazing job on my nails. I rarely have the money to treat myself, so I was sooo appreciative of the effort they made not only for my service, but that they actually tried to get to know me. Honestly, the best salon service I've ever had. Thank you ladies. ?

Wow this place is pretty dreamy!I stumbled upon this happy nails location since it's by my gym. I made note of it and finally showed up. So glad I did just bummed it was later than sooner!Shout out to Holly and Sandy for being phenomenal! Holly did a great manicure and eyebrow wax while Sandy literally provided the best pedicure. The foot massage was unreal and I just wanted to stay there forever! Both ladies made great conversation and were so welcoming. I definitely found my new favorite nail salon and couldn't be happier! Pricing isn't the cheapest but the quality and customer service you can't beat!

Been coming here for years! Lovely staff who are THE most lovely & sweetie people you'll meet! Lina is my girl! & does the most amazing eyebrows and massages around! Always come for her! & today i had two amazing ladies Holly m & Megan who did a great job on a mani & pedi with foot/leg/arm & hand massage! Will definitely be back!
