I would give 0 stars if I could. They have tried to solicit me for my business multiple times now and every time I answer I ask to be removed from their telemarketing list. The last time I spoke to someone one on 1/11 I told them DO NOT CALL ME BACK. I just received a text that an appointment has been scheduled for 1/21 that I did not make. I don't know how many times I have to ask to be removed from their list before they actually do so. H&R Block SUCKS and I will never use them for their services again.
