Both Vicki and I had a great experience at the Jared store in Tustin.We spoke with Jalen and the store manager Juan who helped up with a plain gold wedding band .Came back for the fitting today-Perfect as they to order the comfort for band in my size.From start to finish Juan and his team were a pleasure to work with and I’ll highly recommend!

I was very nervous walking into Jared’s at the Market Place, buying an engagement ring is a big decision, but I was helped by Fernando who made me feel very at peace and was there for all of my needs, within the first 5 minutes I felt so calm and easy. He helped me find the perfect set of rings for me and my girl. So thankful for Fernando’s help, would highly recommend him for future jewelry endeavors for future couples!

I recently had a bracelet repaired at Jared's Jewelry in Tustin. The gold wrist bracelet was given to me after my stepdad passed away. The bracelet has a lot of sentimental memories to me.The person who repaired the clasp did a wonderful job. Thank you!!!

Today I walked into store was welcome with a smile. Fernando helped me replace 3 batteries on my watches. He is extremely friendly and has great customer service. I will be back again to replace additional batteries soon.Thank You Fernando and Jared.

Came here to get my wedding ring fixed after a stone came loose. Stephanie was so attentive and helpful! She really took her time to examine my ring, photo document everything and answer any of my concerns and questions. Plus, she offered to clean my other ring for me, and found that a few of those small stones were actually loose. Saved me from losing my other diamonds!.Super bonus points for SAME DAY service!?I previously had my husband’s wedding ring refurbished here, and they did an amazing job! The ring look brand new!I can’t wait to see how many rings look later this evening!SHE definitely went to Jared!! And so should you if you want professional repair service! Highly recommend! ?
