The food is great and my dog loves it but man their customer service is terrible. Call them and no picks up. Show up to their business during business hours and the store is closed. This has happened more than a few times now. You guys have a good product but you need to work on your business management.

The food has literally changed my dogs life. And the customer service is exceptional. I’d like to give a special shout out to REBEKAH.
She went above and beyond for me. The customer service is outstanding. Thank you so much. I would highly highly recommend this food and getting it from this place.

I encountered a very rude and disrespectful clerk in this store at 10:20 a.m. on May 2nd. I don't know what she's been through, or why you would hire someone like that. I was just here to pick up my order and greeted her politely, but I don't understand why she would treat customers with such attitude. Can you check the surveillance footage to see her behavior at that time?

Stopped by here last Tuesday after my vet visit, and the service here was top-notch. There was a member of the team--I unfortunately don't know her name--but she was super nice, helpful, and warm towards my pet and I. I drove all the way from L.A, to the vet cardiologist that day, and was in a rush so I completely forgot to bring my pup's food. This store was conveniently located next-door so decided to stop by. The kind store associate recommended some options for my senior pup, the lamb meal, and he absolutely loved it; and he's a super picky eater, too! She made sure to recommend the best option, as she would go back and forth to ask the team what would be best based on information I gave about my pup's condition--which I appreciated the thoughtfulness! They also have a snack bar, including samples of their treat bags. My dog ended up loving the Venison treats so purchased the whole bag, and our trip back to L.A was a success--thanks to the delicious snacks that my doggo could munch on for the 50+ miles trip back home. The store associate went above and beyond. I asked if they had a spare bowl (since I forgot to bring his food) and I just expected a disposable/paper bowl but she ended up giving me a super nice bowl, by JustFoodForDogs, for free! She just wanted my pup to have his meal right away so that was just super duper sweet of her!!! Thanks to the bowl, my buddy absolutely devoured his meal on our drive back home and even licked his bowl clean at the end :p Additionally, even after purchase, she said to feel free to give more snacks to my pup at the snack bar which was very kind of her. You can tell by their actions and sweet words that they truly love pets (even though my boy was barking at her) and not just in it for business purposes. Very admirable and refreshing to see! They strive to make the experience welcoming, comfortable, and best suitable for your pet's needs. This is the kind of business that makes me want to return, even though they are far from me! I highly recommend the food from here because they have high quality-ingredients that are so clean and simple that you can almost eat it! haha, just jokes but it is named JUSTFOODfordogs for a reason (don't take it too literally) ;) My buddy loved it more than his raw, freeze-dried food at home so that's how you know it's picky-eater approved. He probably thinks I'm giving him some of my human food!! Make sure your pets' food come from companies that carefully craft ingredients & genuinely care for your dog's wellbeing and health, just like JustFoodForDogs. Thank you for making my visit memorable :) You guys were the best and the sweetest.

Just Food For Dogs has really healthy dog food, and my dog has been transformed since we adopted her. When we first got her, she had a big patch of fur missing on her neck, and her fur was kind of rough. But after being on this food for a few months, her fur turned so soft, and the bald patch filled in! Thank you all for making excellent food for dogs!

Knowledge, passion, kindness!Jessica and Grace rock my socks off! We went to a nearby appointment and I got my dog a special pupsicle, treats and left with so much knowledge! I appreciate the happy staff who obviously really love nutrition and dogs!

My Belgian malinois from an early age has a strong allergy to most foods (meat, vegetables) and only food from Just Food For Dogs was able to cope with the consequences of the allergy. We really like the service in this store and the staff is very welcoming and friendly, they always treat my dog with treats.

I have been meaning to write this review for two years now. I was recommended by my Vet to use Just Food For Dogs when my beloved senior Mini Schnauzer was diagnosed with Pancreatitis. Within two months of feeding her this food, her blood work came back normal and, to my surprise, my dog's overall wellness seemed to greatly improve. I only wish I found this food sooner. While I was able to give my ailing senior dog more quality of life with Just Food For Dogs, I regret all the time I wasted moving from one brand of kibble to another without seeing the advertised health benefits. I was first made aware of the various problems with kibble when the news was warning about certain brands tainted with pesticides. This was scary, and I often thought of making my own dog food. However, I was afraid I would do more harm than good by not providing a balanced and nutrient filled diet. With Just Food For Dogs, you don't have to do the research and you don't have to make your own dog food (but if you want to, they sell nutrient packages). They created a wonderful line of real, fresh food that even includes a prescription Hepatic remedy for dog's with liver issues. If you're looking for a new dog food and, if you're feeding your dog kibble, you should be looking for a new dog food, check out Just Food For Dogs. The folks that work at the Edinger location in Tustin can help you choose a food that meets your dog's specific needs. I was happily surprised at how knowledgeable the staff is. I have also visited the Costa Mesa location. All the locations are filled with knowledgeable and caring employees. Unfortunately, I discovered this dog food at the end of my dog's life. And while I do believe it gave my dog better health and a bit more time, I am left to wonder what could have been if I discovered Just Food For Dogs sooner.

My dogs love this food coming from my picky miniature schnauzers this is great . I used to feed them nulo and they would never completely finish there bowl (1/2) scoop but now with just food for dogs they even lick the bowls clean!!! 10/10 recommended.
