Appt only on sat. I had family urgency and pleaded to get tested so waited for an hour just to plead. They let an older Hispanic lady without the appt but they sent me away rudely. While Irvine took me in right away after explaining the situation.

The secretary lady with the dark hair seems particularly rude. She may try her best to sound professional but there are elderly people here who clearly don't know what the process is and are being repeatedly shouted at on what the directions are. I understand that they may have been instructed already but this is the field of work that you decided to work in to help people. Please be patient and courteous to your elders, you wouldn't shout at your family members would you? Aside from etiquette, they do what they need to and nothing else to say about that. Low stars because I can't stand poor service and disrespect.

I went there for the first time yesterday. I thought they were very professional and quick. The phlebotomist was probably the best I ever had, she was quick, efficient, and great technique. I would go back.

I called in advance and they said walk-in is okay. I went to 3 their locations but all I saw is a paper and it says “appointment only today” . So, make appointment for your convenience.

I visited Labcorp for the first time today as a walk-in patient since I couldn't make an appointment in advance. I arrived at 7 a.m. on Monday, and there were many people ahead of me. Despite that, two friendly staff members were assisting patients with the check-in kiosk, providing wonderful service. The entire process, including waiting time, took just 25 minutes--unbelievable! The location was good, and the facility was clean and neat. Besides, the customer service was excellent! I had a positive experience, and I want to commend Mr. Luis, the staff member who drew my blood with great care and gentleness.

This place is busyIt has walk in service which is great if you need a test right away but you can also make a appt.

Definitely get an appointment. There was at least 20 people in the lobby waiting. I was a bit confused where to go, but you check in at kiosks on the side of the wall. Parking spots are wide enough so no issues there, and the lady who took my blood was quick and minimal discomfort. Thank you!

Old lady in the front is a bitch. Their system was down and before I could even ask a question , she asked if I checked in. And when I gave her the same attitude she gave me, old lady rolled her eyes at me ! Go to another location. The doctor was also pretty rude. But nicer than the bitch who just sits and types all day.

I came in as walk in and was impressed with the service. I was in and out. The gal at the front desk (Hispanic woman) was very pleasant and helpful. I also noticed how she attended to other people coming in. Professional and pleasant.I honestly was not thrilled about coming to this location. I know there area and there are lots of transients around. I was very happy with the service and will have no problem returning here.

Have 0 respect for ppl's time. Had glucose test as one of the 3 tests I had to do. But made the general appointment instead of glucose. As soon as they heard I had to do glucose they turned me away when I could have taken the other two and declined the stupid glucose test. (I'm thin and hate sweet food and always have low blood sugar).

I hate this stupid rotten place. They are so disorganized, unprofessional, and have long times to wait. It is tiring and mentally exhausting. I hope they go out of business. Serves them right.
