“Great service! We were throwing a 60s party and wanted to serve Pabst Blue Ribbon and Hamms Beers. Called ahead and they not only confirmed they sold these hard-to-find brews, but remembered my call when I arrived the next day to pick up. Great selection, reasonable prices and nice people!”

“Accidentally locked my keys in my car, this was made extra bad by the fact the mic on my phone doesn't work so wasn't able to call for help. Went into the store to see if they had a phone I could use and they were more than accommodating. They called so I could ask for help. Then I went to wait by my car and they kept updating me as they got updated and helped provide directions for the locksmith. This was really a Christmas miracle for me. I also went there to purchase liquor (which is now necessary) prices were not outrageous as some have said. I found it completely affordable and the staff wonderful.”
“Anything but Jolly, this was not a good experience i had today and after reading other reviews I can see there is a pattern. The older man behind the counter was not friendly when he told me the lottery machine was not working, but then upon transacting with him for a can of juice I told him I had the 50 cents to cover the change part which he flat out ignored me and proceeded to hand me full change. I politely asked assuming he did not hear me and told him I had change I would like to please use. After that I attempted to thank him and be on my way but after thanking someone and feeling basically disrespected I had an overall feeling of not feeling good after interacting with this man. I politely told him that if I am to thank him as a customer I expect the same in return and that perhaps I missed him saying thank you for doing business with him. He ignored me and later I returned to ask for a refund of the drink, got my money back, then I did come back and ask if he provided the correct change and he started to get upset and yelled at me to leave in front of other customers and that he could not service me ever again. I personally thought to myself that I would need to see evidence of customer service he was referring to and then just told him I would not ever be returning so he didn't need to worry about it. You may need to come here for convenience and if the owner is rude you may just need to let him know nicely what to expect in return and give feedback. I am leaving more stars to send more people here because overall the reviews are hilarious to read.”
