This was my 2nd time around with the homebuying process. Nonetheless, John and his team took the time to make sure I still had full clarity and transparency through every step of the journey. Not a single stone left unturned - and I truly appreciated that. Timing of deliverables were strategic, yet very flexible with contingent plans as backups.
My buyer's agent, along with the folks from the Escrow Company all mentioned that John was extremely responsive and very accommodating.
With all the additional insights as well, this whole thing felt like a VIP experience - and smooth!

John and his team are the absolute gold standard when it comes to lenders. As first time homebuyers, my wife and I met with multiple lenders and found John to be in a league completely of his own. He was by far the most transparent and detailed lender we could have imagined, providing full detail and transparency throughout the loan process. In addition to that incredible transparency, John was highly responsive and always available when we needed him. Once we had an offer accepted the closing process was well communicated, easy to follow, and honestly enjoyable. I would recommend John to anybody purchasing real estate at any level as he is in a league completely of his own in terms of knowledge, service, and dedication. 10/10 stars.

I recently worked with John Davis from LoanDepot to get a mortgage for my new home. John was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly, and he always made sure that I understood what was happening. He was also very responsive to my emails and phone calls, and he always got back to me promptly.I was very impressed with the LoanDepot loan process. It was quick and easy, and I never felt like I was being rushed. John was always there to guide me through each step, and he made sure that I was comfortable with everything.I would highly recommend LoanDepot to anyone who is looking for a mortgage. The company has a great reputation, and its loan process is quick and easy. I was very happy with my experience with LoanDepot, and I would definitely use them again.

This is the third time we've used John Davis and his team at LoanDepot to help purchase and refinance our homes. I’ve been a homeowner for many years and have refinanced my home several times over those years. The process with John was incredibly transparent and so easy. John provided information and updates in simple written emails and our options were sent to us in writing with color coated charts. He and his colleagues were extremely responsive and always available. Oh, and he got us a killer rate with some cash back. We will only refer our friends and family to him. True story.

Before working with John and his team, My fiancé and I previously worked with a team which inevitably prevented us from closing homes we were bidding. With our last lender, we felt aggravated using the VA loan in a seller’s market which caused us to switch lender and agent.John and his team change our perspective instantly, John and his team had been a crucial part of home buying process, especially with the VA loan. Most, if not all, lenders will tell you they know the VA loan but only few have experiences and solutions to navigate the process. From the moment we talked to him about issues and scenarios with the VA loan, he had a solutions and answers to help close our new home. Working with him and our agent, Karen McEniry, we won on our second bid within 2 weeks working with them and closed within the month.If you’re looking for a professional, communicative, and courteous lender, John is your guy. If you’re a veteran, give him a call and see for yourself. The VA loan already has a lot of obstacles, you don’t need a lender or agent to be one.
