They are so kind and caring and willing to field any questions we have, and are also willing to be realistic with us so that we don't overcommit and end up being under-delivered. Rodney Felipe and his team outperformed expectations. The process of selling and buying a home simultaneously was extremely challenging due to market conditions. Rodney was key to the success of this project. He was responsive and worked well with the realtor handling my transactions. I was prequalified by underwriting from the beginning which was incredibly helpful when we were putting offers. He went above and beyond calling me at every step of the way, he contacted the other agents to let them know I was fully approved, and he continually looked for a lower interest rates. At some point rates were so high that I was stressed. Rodney came out at the end with a lower rate. As soon as the market shifted for literally, one day, he locked it in a great rate. I cannot thank him enough. My payment is lower than what I anticipated. Loan Depot is lucky to have him! THANK YOU RODNEY!!!

My account manager openly told me how I was a name in a stack of 90something files she had and that’s why my closing got pushed back 3 times and I didn’t get return phone calls. Either the business model is broken and the account managers are stretched too thin and can’t meet the demand or the rep I had doesn’t know how to manage her time effectively. Either way ruined the overall experience and I wouldn’t recommend to others.

Quyen Sy was excellent from start to finish, even after we closed he followed up with me. We received the rate we knew we could get and the cost of the loan was very reasonable no B.S. and no complications or misrepresentation. Trust is at a maximum.We appreciate you Q and we are sure you will make many more customers very happy. Adam Stumpo was also very good, very informative and knowledgeable. we never had a Notary come to our home for a closing and she was great and informative as well.

I highly recommend working with Ms. Lili Khashe at Loan Depot. She was able to swiftly gather all the necessary documents on the efficient Loan Depot platform. Her rates beat all other industry leaders. She closed two loans, a purchase and a refinance in under 10 days. She even worked on Labor Day to expedite my loans. Rates are often comparable or slightly lower to other competitors. However, now that industry rates are lower they seem to be overwhelmed, so agents take sometimes weeks to respond to basic questions. It doesn't help that their online platform apparently doesn't list out correctly additional documents that are needed. These issues mean the approval process can take many months, during which you face uncertainty and the consequences of a delayed loan.

We’ve never done this type of refi before let alone trusted a company online! But Emmanuel and Lydia were top drawer! We had all of our questions answered immediately they knew what they were doing. If we needed to talk to them; they were there ! That reassured us in knowing we pick the right company.
