First time i came was great. Today I came and my nails are so uneven! One is circle the other is pointed. The French tip color is uneven and polish all over!! The polish is on the sides of my fingers on 7 of them, and they're stuck together! Hoped it was just a bad day but I had similar experience the week before.

The worker tori is horrible. She couldnt do a simple flower drawing and made it a whole different color. Told her to try and different design with one 3-D flower and she brought out plastic flower charms half the size. Then I had to result to regular french tips and she continued to charge me $70.

I was recommended by a friend and I was extremely disappointed. I’ve been trying to find a new nail salon place and this was not the place. The lady that helped me was nice but did not do a great job. I understand it’s busy and a weekend. But my pedicure was extremely messy. She didn’t file my nails and was aggressive while she was trying to trim my cuticles and they weren’t cleaned properly. For the amount I had to pay I wish it was a better job.

Friendly nail tech, Cindy, gave me a fresh set. Took me as a walk-in with no issues. Very reasonably priced. Great experience.

My nails are lovely but tell me why I paid the exact same price as a acrylic set when I got a fill. I came here to get my set and payed $87. I come back a few weeks later get the exact same design just different color and they charged me $87. I asked the front lady to confirm it’s a fill and shouldn’t the fill be cheaper than the original set. She says depends it’s around $30-60 but depends on what because I got the same design. If I would have known I would’ve just gotten a new set. She didn’t even show me what I was paying for. She just charged me.

I came in on a holiday so the salon was pretty busy but I was in a chair in less than 10 minutes. The only thing I wasn’t thrilled with was the very strong chemical smell in air.. as if there was zero ventilation.
Lucí was the person helping me and she gave a warm welcome and apologized for the wait. Unfortunately, that’s where the the experience went south.
I went on to have a very rushed and at times painful ‘Golden Pedicure’ from an incredibly distracted and careless tech. She didn’t cut time off of the massage but wasn’t thorough or mindful and when it came to polish i literally got one coat of color with top coat and she put my flip flops on with wet nails then walked away without saying anything.
It wasn’t a pleasant experience but I still tipped her because I while she certainly had control over my experience, I have no idea if it had anything to do with being overworked that day. Either way, I won’t be back.
