I ordered a refrigerator on 11/9/2023. And the initial delivery was scheduled on 11/21. Then it was rescheduled to 11/25 due to the manufacturer's delay. Then again rescheduled to 12/14 for the same reason. Now I got a message about delay again to 3/5/2024. I called the BestBuy customer service for each delayed schedule andheard the same reason and confirmed the new delivery dates. Now on the occasion of the 4th delay, I have to criticize several points about my order experience at BestBuy:1. I chose BestBuy to purchase this item among many other stores, including Home Depot, Costco, Lowe's, etc., when all of them offered same price at that time, because BestBuy's delivery date was the earliest, as I sold my current refrigerator and needed a new one ASAP. 2. I could understand there could be a manufacturer's delay, but it should be only very exceptional, and major electronic stores like BestBuy should schedule the delivery of the products as accurate as possible. However, my experience of this order just demonstrates how much BestBuy cares more about the manufacturer than customer. How could I understand when the delivery schedule changed right next day after confirmed the date, and it happened several times in a raw. How BestBuy's order system works to schedule the delivery without considering the product's availability. It's a big curiosity. 3. We can live without television, but hard to live without refrigerator. Where could we store our frozen food after sold old refrigerator based on the original delivery date of the new one, but when it's delivered 4 months later? It's not just as simple as "reschedule or cancel" when it's delayed. 4. The delivery schedule is a covenant with customer, who chose BestBuy among others, and sacrificed their chances to choose a different store who is more sincere to their promises to the customers. So BestBuy had to double confirm the product's availability before schedule the delivery to the customer. The early delivery date without any promise couldn't be a business strategy to attract customers. Otherwise it'll be a just scam.

This Best Buy has been remodeled and existed at the same location for as long as I can remember the Tustin Market Place. I generally refrain from browsing in the store as it is much easier to shop online and then do pick-up at the location. My experience with the pick-ups have been positive, as they offer in-store pick up or convenient pick ups from their self-help lockers. Recently, I visited the store in order to do an Apple watch trade-in. The associate helping me was nice but my Apple watch was low on battery and needed to be charged in order to unpair and complete the trade in. I ended up stopping by near the cellphones where another associate was kind enough to lend me an Apple watch charger to get some extra juice. Unfortunately, even with the charging, unpairing was taking way too long and I decided to go home without completing the trade-in.The next day, I decided to return and unpaired my watch beforehand in order to expedite the trade-in process. I was specifically helped by Briana, who was extremely helpful and courteous with the trade-in process as well as my follow up questions (such as if the Black Friday deals would be applicable to in-store items). Although the day before I felt it was a bit of a headache to attempt a trade-in, the efficient service from returning the following day made me appreciate returning into the store. Best Buy's trade in for the Apple watch was more than Apple's own trade in, which is the reason why I felt it would be more worthwhile to stop by the store. Glad that this location is still around and definitely worth a visit.

I just went in this morning to buy a new clothes dryer. No one toHelpMe. Went to front desk and put in queue. . Guy said 5 or 10 min. I left after 20 minutes. Went outside and waited a bit more . Still never got a message . Guess I'll buy a new dryer someone else . Bad customer service not having anyone available in appliance department. Usually i go in this store for smaller items. Or new cell phone. Never had a problem.

Came in looking for a computer for school/gaming and Brian was a huge help. We were undecided and came back in a second time the same afternoon and Brian was still there. He has great customer service skills and made sure we knew everything we needed to know before we left. He made sure we got the best deal for a great price and he is very knowledgeable and relatable. He definitely deserves a raise! We are 110% satisfied.

This evening I purchased a laptop and had an uncomfortable experience with Shallah. Shallah was rude and passive aggressive after I told him that I did not want to join the $50 annual Best Buy membership. I explained I am not interested several times.Shallah was persistent that I join the annual membership and even made sarcastic comments such as, "That's cool, you don't like saving money" when I declined his offer.I was looking forward to getting my new laptop. Unfortunately, Shallah made my experience feel super weird and I left shaking from how anxious he made me feel. I wish he did not persist after I said no the first time.

This Review is specific to sales Consultant at Best Buy at Tustin Store Mr Anthony Valdez. My wife and I are extremely thankful, satisfied, pleased and in your kind debt to have been taken care for at our shopping experience for our complete kitchen appliances. again you where above and beyond what most all sales persons are supposed to do as well as coming out for bat after the not so successful experience with your store manager when we when to ask for support after sale on our delivery. Your corporate should be extremely proud and happy to have an asset as you that takes ownership of what and who they are representing. I wish I could find more Anthony's in my future. Had a rude interaction in cellphones with ShallahThey explained things sarcastically and made a rude face to us when asking about purchasing an iphone, and we couldn't do to carrier rules.I can understand carrier rules but not rudeness, the other associate explained things nicer but it didn't make up for the uncomfortable feeling.We also waited 10 minutes to get service, and then got poor service.

So, i've noticed in all best buys, they've combined the customer service and checkout areas. And the checkout areas are very poorly marked.So, there was one person at each of the cashiers, and then myself. But since they were there for customer service, i waited over five minutes in line. And then it took me 30s to check out. What a colossal waste of my time.You need to have dedicated cashiers.Oh, and the checkout line was right behind a column. Seriously, move the line over...

I bought my refrigerator at Best Buy, Tustin location. Later on, we found the same refrigerator for less. I walked into Best Buy and spoke with the assistant manager, Cynthia, and asked for a price match. She said she would not be able to do it until the refrigerator was delivered. Cynthia said she would follow up on the delivery and process the refund.I got my refund within a week. Cynthia is very professional and friendly.This is truly great customer service.

Great place to shop always helpful staff there is always a Best buy member ready to help you and answer your questions. It is fairly big store comparatively to the others. The parking is great can be tough to get into the plaza.

This place should be renamed Nice Try instead of Best Buy. The best hope a person has is to find an item, pay for it, and escape out the front doors. I ordered a vacuum online, paid for it with gift cards in the store, took it home and discovered I had made a mistake. I wanted a cordless model. I took it back, got my refund, and reordered a cordless model. She asked me, do you want to pick it up at this store or have it shipped to you? I chose for delivery then left with no receipt. They will mail it to you I was told. Five days later, nothing. I had to call. Then after waiting on hold for twenty minutes, my order was canceled. Customer service was more like systematic customer avoidance system, they asked if I had saved my used gift cards? They told me the only way to get my money back was to go in there with my email receipt. There was literally no discussion on how to get my vacuum? Okay, I went to your store, paid for something, something you lost, you messed up on, and now I need to go to you, ask for a refund, and reorder a new one? All you do at Nice Try is say: I'm sorry or I understand but you do nothing to solve your problem or do anything to help me as the customer? Wow. I just want my vacuum. Systematic Customer Avoidance at Nice Try.....just sucks! I can't reach anyone at that store on the phone. I can't speak with the salesman who sold it to me. No one at Nice Try even emailed me there was a problem.

Worse place ever! Screwed up two tv orders for us! Showed up unprepared to install for first order Second order set up delivery etc then called a few hours before to say not in stock!!! Management is horrible and they are very unorganized!!! Don't ever shop at Best Buy! Save your time and energy for poor customer service I'm so disappointed I don't even have words.

TERRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! STAY AWAY!!!! Geek Squad numerous times messed up my 10 month old computer. Last week they deleted 6978 emails!! The tech was on my computer I was watching him, and he accidentally deleted my emails and left the session! I had to call back, and go through the entire process, they downloaded all that was lost, but they showed up on my computer as new emails with the incorrect dates.
