I met the rudest worker here. Her name was covered on her name tag, probably on purpose. I was going to come back but never again.

Marshall's executives! what is your return policy because I don't think we are all in the same page. I have my receipt, blouse never worn but I can't return it because they don't believe it was never worn. I'm well within the 30 days and they are questioning that. How! I returned 2 other items no issue but somehow this one item is not returnable. Unreal and over a $24.99 blouse. Sounds like lessons from Costco and Kohls are in order. Disappointing to say the least.

Good variety, but I honestly expect lower prices from Homegoods/Marshalls.

I liked it better when they were two stores. It seemed like each store had a better variety. I generally shop for kitchen stuff and housewares. Home Goods always had an extensive selection. Marshall's usually had a decent choice of items. Somehow, when they merged into one store, the kitchen stuff became very limited. It seems like Marshall's got a little bigger, and Home Goods vanished. If all the locations consolidate like this one, I will remove more stars.

Had a hard night at this location. I was making a return and the manager came over and essentially accused me of stealing items and retuning them, which did not happen. Customer service is pretty rude and I was quite offended by the accusation.

Don't go unless you have literally at least 30 minutes to stand in line. It doesn't matter if it's a Tuesday at 10am or 9pm there is consistently a long line and 2 cashiers. Not sure why they wouldn't hire more employees obviously it's a busy location!

This place usually is fun to peruse around and look at all the clothes and shoes and stuff. If you are into designer labels then this could be a good place for you to shop. As far as the quality of clothes I don't think that they are any different than any other clothing line out there. I do wish that in the shoe department that they would carry larger sizes for women like sizes 10 and 11. This Marshalls is usually clean and well kept up which I can appreciate considering there are other stores like this that have clothing laying in the files and so forth.

I love and hate this location at the same time. It is a Marshall's/HomeGoods next to a Dollar Store. It is tucked in a weird location straddling very wealthy Tustin and not so wealthy Santa Ana. There is always a good variety of items and the store is reasonably kept. The employees are generally nice, but can be dismissive if they are busy/overwhelmed. The worst are the shopping Karens here. You can spot them a mile away with their branded track suits designer bags. They act like they own the store and expect it to be Nordstroms. They will block racks they want to shop with their carts. Understand there are some less wealthy folks here of all life walks here, which might be a luxury for them to upgrade from Dollar Store. They have a right to shop here too, and it always flabbergasts me the horrendous egos and self serving nature of the well to do here upon other shoppers.
