HORRIBLE framing experience! They have ONE person working. What should have taken 2 weeks took OVER TWO MONTHS! 10 days after the pick up date he still did not have it done! So I am waiting for him to frame it because I am NEVER coming back here for him to frame anything ever again! They also have wifi phone service that is so poor you can't even speak to anyone properly. This is the absolute worst experience ever! Michael's DO BETTER!

It's my go to store and mainly because of Madinna and the other employees. They are kind and helpful. She is always so wonderful and kind and really knows how to get things done fast and efficiently for the customers. Michael's really needs to appreciate this store and the employees.

Manish was super helpful & patient with me using the self check out..I had to pull him away from what he was doing twice..I felt bad because he was with customers & the phone was ringing .. it felt stressful; not wanting to complain because I enjoyed shopping but, the self checkout registers might be a step in the wrong direction..

Took my little slime enthusiast to Michaels in Irvine today, hoping to score some crafting goodies. We had our sights set on slime kits and maybe some beginner crochet or knitting kits for me.Unfortunately, the yarn section was a bit of a bust. No crochet or knitting kits to be found! The slime section was definitely picked over, and some boxes were even opened and left in disarray (seriously, people?!) But after some digging, we unearthed two perfect slime kits with everything we needed. Plus, the self-checkout made the whole experience super smooth.P.S. Michaels, if you're reading this, please stock up on those beginner crochet kits! There's a budding yarn artist out there waiting to unleash her creativity

I am a huge fan of the Michaels stores and the Tustin branch is no different. The store is clean and has fancy new self check out registers but the inventory seems to be very low or downright out for an entire aisle at times. Which lead me to the 4 stars. For scrapbooking their paper aisle was cleaned out. HOWEVER, those suckers were 5 dollars which is unheard of anywhere else so I can see why people snatched them up. In terms of service, there was not much interaction with employees outside of the reminder to use the self check out so there isn't much to say about their service outside of their ability to keep the store clean and organized. If you are into scrapbooking, DIY, painting, stickers, beads, etc this place is great and the prices can be reasonable compared to Amazon. They have seasonal rotations and the sales can be stellar!

This is a great Michael store overall what they stock is good, the store is always clean and well organized above and beyond. Parking can be a bit tough at peak times but worth the extra effort to park and visit the store. And an all the employees I’ve been interacted with are extremely helpful. Manish, in particular, is always fantastic!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this one-of-a-kind store, and boy, was it an experience! Let me set the stage for you: imagine a bustling store with aisles upon aisles of crafty goodness, and only TWO employees to conquer it all. It's like they were playing a real-life version of "Where's Waldo?" to find any assistance. There was a single cashier valiantly trying to tackle an endless line of customers. It was like a never-ending game of "Musical Chairs" sans the music. I half-expected us to start doing the Macarena just to pass the time.Right in front of the poor cashier, there was this lady with a cart full of scrapbooking items. And let me tell you, she had a question for each and every one of them. It was like a marathon of curiosity, and I swear time slowed down as we all aged waiting for her to make up her mind. I have to admit, it was still better than going to Hobby Lobby. Remember, life is too short to take things too seriously, especially when it comes to craft shopping.

Store had one cashier and a person with $500 worth of merchandise in their cart checking out - left after 15-20 minutes of waiting. Is no one managing this store? The cashier clearly didn't have even the slightest bit of sense to call up help to the front.Bummed as I'd found a few things I've been looking for a while for the holidays. Don't know how a store this size can run with one or two people. FAIL.

Give it 4.5. Went in looking for a specific thing and wandered the store till I found it. Couldn't find anyone to ask for help. Having said that, I did have plenty of time to wander but if I hadn't it would have been frustrating. The person at the register was very nice and personable. The parking lot at this location can be a bit overwhelming. Having said all that I would still recommend the store and what it has to offer.

Sometimes I come here when the store closest to me doesn't have what I'm looking for. This store is usually pretty well stocked. Although, I feel like their inventory turns over faster so sometimes they are sold out faster. I think the District is difficult to get in and out of so I generally try to avoid going down there unless I absolutely have to. I feel like they are also understaffed and I often have to wait in line a long time to checkout.
