Charlotte Zornes was incredibly helpful through the whole loan process! She answered all of my questions and was always quick to respond! She explained everything to me and worked hard to get the best loan for me! The loan processor Todd Kremer was very professional and was also incredibly quick to respond. I highly recommend Charlotte Zornes and her team at New American Funding.

Mr. Jean was always honest and open in the process and provided sound advice. I never felt like a number or a commission. He made the experience feel as if he was a co-signer in my mortgage.
I think Jason is the standard all Loan Officers should strive to meet.

I highly recommend Shawn Wilson and his team when funding your new home. He was highly professional and made sure he personally led me through the process of financing my home. He was attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. He even drove three hours to be there personally for my closing even though I had never previously met him in person. Not a lot of people would go out of their way to ensure you have a successful experience.
