Zero stars if I could. Came here to charge my "Nissan" today. I noticed there was another car that was charging already but had gone over the 30 minutes limit. It was also at 93 percent charge and ofcourse the last couple percent, the charge crawls at a lower rate. I went in and kindly asked an employee if he can come out and charge my car. He was nice and responsive as I had gone to him for assistance previously. He came out, took out charger from the other vehicle and put it in my car, amd punched in his secret code. Exacactly 29 minutes later, I unplugged it and while doing this a younger Hispanic salesman who was wearing a nissan logo polo attacks me as to why did I remove charging cable from his "wife's vehicle ". I explained what I described above but he didn't care to hear me. He was extremely rude. He even suggested his wife was upset that she couldn't get 100 percent charge. Then he's picking on me as to where did I buy my "Nissan electric vehicle ". Completely irrelevant. He kept pestering me about why I unplugged his wife's car several times. I don't really care to write this review but shame on you Nissan Employee for being rude and unprofessional over a charge. I asked for his name and he did not want to provide it but I can't forget his face. He acted like he owned the company amd I walked into his backyard and stole his electricity. Get a life dude!

I had been to countless other Nissan dealerships in search of not only the car I was looking for but also a place that wasn't charging some insane unreasonable over the top mark up on it, Nissan of Tustin not only did just that but also went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied every second I was there. They are truly a team of professionals that are trying to honestly earn your business for years to come instead of just taking your money or worse brush you off for another customer that will pay more (something I had the displeasure of experiencing at other local Nissan dealerships). I'd like to thank Frank, Steve, and Jeremy, along with the rest of the team that helped bring my year long search come to and end in the highest note possible. If you're looking for your next Nissan, Tustin is the dealership to go to.

A few weeks back, I decided to look into 2023 Titan Pro-4X trucks. There were a handful of this particular model at dealerships within reasonable distance, but Nissan of Tustin was nearest to me and had one in the color with options, that was on top of my want list. I’ve had a wide range of experiences at dealerships over the years, so I always go in open minded but also willing to leave if the experience doesn’t feel right. My experience at Nissan of Tustin was pleasant from start to end! Tuan Do assisted me and was great to work with - super helpful, very friendly, easy to talk to! I then worked with Jaime Tapia on the price. Jaime was willing to work with me, very transparent and straightforward, making negotiations very comfortable. We met on a price we were both happy with, so I moved forward with making the purchase. I was honestly surprised by how smooth things were going and that’s a testament to both Tuan and Jaime! Moving on to finance, I worked with Flavio Onofre who continued the same amazing service! Flavio was great to work with, very helpful and accommodating. He was thorough but also made the financing process quick and easy. Before I knew it, I was driving off in brand new 2023 Titan Pro-4X! But Nissan of Tustin’s great service did not stop there. I received a call, on my way home, from Tuan asking if I could return to sign some paperwork. To my surprise, Flavio found an additional rebate and moved quickly to update my contract and saved me more money! Then a week or so later, I realized there were a couple items included in one of the added packages, that were not in the truck; there were so many added options that I didn’t know everything included until I thoroughly reviewed the window sticker. I reached out to Tuan and he worked quickly to get those items ordered for me! I felt compelled to share my experience because it really was the best car buying experience I’ve had. Thank you again to Tuan, Jaime and Flavio for your great customer service! I definitely recommend Nissan of Tustin!!

My front right sensor wouldn’t stop beeping as I was driving home from a doctors appointment-so I called and made an appointment for the next day as it was around 5pm.I took it in for the sensor issue and an oil change so when Jeff went to inspect the vehicle for service he noticed my right front bumper had been hit knocking the plastic bumper out of place and he showed me. I told him since there was no body work could they inspect and repair the sensor issue. As long as its $500 and under since my insurance has a $500 deductible. They let me know they put the bumper and dislodged light and bumper for me for around that. And offered me a car for the night since it was kept overnightI love Nissan of Tustin. They always take great care of me!Jeff is always my service person that I ask for. He always friendly, happy, professional, super helpful and lets me know what is going onI bought my brand new Maxima from them 5 years ago and they have always serviced it since day one. I would never take my car anywhere else!!

It was a great experience dealing with the Nissan’s Sale Rep ''Jonathon Davila". He was very helpful, professional and friendly. He was not pushy and gave clear and distinct instructions on how to navigate my new Nissan Pathfinder. With his help I walked out happy with a new car. I highly recommend this Dealership. Had many issues with my purchase there. I was misled on the features of the car, which ended up being a horrible deal for me. Car had to go into service 2 weeks after buying it. It was covered, but they had it's for for days, I had to call them to find out what is going on. They don't provide a loaner car, had to take a shuttle home with another customer, so that took about 45 minutes. To pick up the car, I had to find a ride back down there. I know the purchase was my fault for believing him and I should have known better. So before you buy from them.... Just confirm everything. Update: They have reached out since this post, but have not called me back after (2) messages in the last 3 days.

Cocky salesmen with sarcastic remarks. I wouldn't recommend new customers to buy their car from this Nissan dealership. The salesmen were more interested in what my career was than showing the car to me. He was trying to assess if I could afford the car. Very uncomfortable atmosphere just shopping for a new car here.

I love my new Nissan Altima SR! Outstanding service! I want to give a huge thank you to Yaneli Bernal and German Flores for being so helpful and supportive throughout my experience at the dealership. Yaneli was knowledgable and friendly during our test drive and explained all the features the car came with. She was attentive and thorough with every question I had and also gave me a brochure of the model to look over every fine detail of the vehicle. German and Yaneli went above and beyond to locate the exact color and premium package for the Nissan Altima SR and offer a great trade in value of my car. They were very informative with every warranty and gap options available and presented the best deal possible for the car. I had a great experience buying from Nissan of Tustin and once again shoutout to German and Yaneli for making it possible to drive off with a new car! Thank you!

Amazing car buying experience! Shopped around several different dealers and Nissan of Tustin had by far the most friendly staff. The sales team was fantastic as well as the finance manager. From start to finish everything was beyond expectation! Had the pleasure giving Tuan Do a sale by far the coolest dude and the most genuine person.

I want to note the professionalism of the employee Carl. I contacted those service with a problem so that I could replace the wheel as there were 2 holes. I got everything done quickly and efficiently. The only thing I would like is that at the time f the seizure of the car, Nissan took more care of its customer. This is a wish for the future. Thanks to the whole team who worked on my problem.

My car had issues with its gear shifting and I brought it the service center for repair. The representative told me that the "diagnostic " will require $189 and it will go towards the repair once they found the issue. It sounded like a good idea. But it was was actually a kind of TRAP.Now when they had my vehicle they said that the whole gear assembly needs replacing. That was a shock! I thought only a defective solenoid was the cause. I anyway thought that they are authorized service center so I will go ahead. Now they quoted a whooping $1259. It was a ridiculous estimate. I called them immediately and mentioned that the assembly is max $600 and see the image on the same day, it's $542 only. The RUDE representative said that I can take my vehicle and pay $189 towards their fantastic diagnostic.I was TRAPPED now. Finally I had to pay $1159 for the fix and get my car back.I pledged NEVER TO RETURN back and review their insane practices and prices.I called Tustin of Costa Mesa to get the same estimate. Called their service, parts and back to service department! Their estimate was $940.Even their similar service center is quoting way less. They didn't have the part immediately so I had to get it done here.What did I lose? $300What did the Nissan of Tustin lost?- Loyal customer - No more chance to buy a new one from them.- Good reviews and my recommendation * Suggesting to check the part cost and as them why they are charging so much for labor.* Check with other Nissan dealers.They actually do not care about their customers and their opinions. But I hope you save your hard earned money by being careful.
