I cannot express how grateful we are for the amazing work that NPD Events did for our wedding. Carlos and Susan not only worked within our budget but exceeded our expectations in every way. The generous display of lush greenery and beautiful flowers transformed our venue into a dream come true. NPD Events went above and beyond, adding even more beauty and magic to our special day than we had ever imagined. We were pleasantly surprised and truly delighted with the results. Thank you for making our wedding unforgettable!

Carlos and Nayra are true professionals! Not only did they make beautiful florals, working with them was fairly easy too. Our first meeting was such a contrast from my other floral consultations. I very much felt that what we wanted mattered. Even if we weren’t entirely sure, that was okay too. They seemed to have no problem brainstorming with us from the get-go. The end result was just lovely. They were so flexible too, allowing me to make a few changes to our order up until the week of the event.I really can’t thank them enough for their help. They helped us recover from a major planning setback. They made a valuable and timely vendor introduction that helped get us to the finish line in style. I will forever be grateful for that kindness and support.

They did the flowers for my wedding and they were beautiful. They also set up flowers on our cake and made it look elegant. Would definitely recommend

NPD and Carlos worked with us for our wedding this past October and wow- they were incredible! We gave Carlos a few ideas and images of things we liked and he created the most beautiful arrangements. We could not have asked for a better team, everything was absolutely outstanding. Highly recommend NPD!!

I have nothing but praises to give NPD Events. I gave Carlos my vision and he completely knocked it out of the park. Every hesitation, need, or complaint I had about the wedding process was met with constant support and reassurance from Carlos and I cannot be more grateful. There were so many times I was unsure about certain decorations or how things would look together and Carlos became my sounding board to help my vision become more clear. The week before the wedding I was texting him more than my own friends and he was also responding quicker than my own friends would! I added cake flowers as a quick and passing after thought. I didn't think our cake would be a focal point in any way because it's just cake. But the flowers added onto it made the cake SO gorgeous that some of my favorite wedding photos were with the cake! Again, this is all to the credit of NPD. Aside from the wedding, NPD also came the day before my wedding to my Vietnamese/Chinese tea ceremony to provide a floral arch for the entryway of my mom's house. They even came a few days beforehand to scope out the project and were so thorough. The stunning floral arch was complimented by so many guests. Even a week later, my mom is reluctant to take it down! I am not a sentimental person nor a person that really cares for flowers (i.e. I always told my SO's to NEVER buy me flowers and get me food instead lol) but the arrangements turned out so beautifully that it was difficult for me to accept they would die in a week. I just never in a million years thought flowers would impact me so much. Thankfully, my flowers will live on forever in my photos and I even got my wedding bouquet preserved into a resin tray and coasters. Carlos and NPD Events went above and beyond what was asked of a florist and the result was my absolute dream wedding. They were by far my most favorite vendor to work with and they have turned me into a flower person. Thank you Xs INFINITY, NPD Events!

I was a bridesmaid at my friend's wedding and the whole bridal party had a bad experience with NPD Events. When we arrived at the wedding venue, the bouquets and boutonnieres were already dry and wilting. What's worse is they did not use the colors my friend (the bride) requested and got the colors wrong for the flower arrangements. No apologies or partial refund for their huge mistakes. NPD Events lack professionalism and communication. Also, the way they assembled the big sharp needle in the bouquets was dangerous! It poked me numerous times and almost stabbed my hand and wrist many times! Do not work with this company.

Full disclosure: my wife, Christina W. mostly dealt with NPD and you can read her full review on this Google page. But after their passive aggressive statements and blaming the client for their issues on Yelp, I felt the need to write a review based on my experience with them. When we arrived at the venue, all of the boutonnières were placed on a shelf inside the bridal suite. They were already dry and withering and these weren't sitting in the sun. They weren't labeled and neither I, the groom, nor any of the groomsman knew who had which. The best woman approached one of the florists from NPD and asked if they could help us figure who gets what's they rudely said "NO!" And took off. I understand that during this time they're were rushing to get the ceremony flowers changed (see Christina W's review for more details) but that kind of attitude is beyond rude and the boutonnières should have been properly labeled. Our experience with them has been horrible and I would caution any couple looking to them for floral needs, especially since they were a "recommended vendor" from our venue Coyote Hills.

I hired NPD events for my daughters 4th birthday and boy did they deliver. So professional. So kind. Handled it all and was patient with my constant calls wanting to add and change things. They pay very close attention to detail and were very accommodating with budget restraints. Would highly recommend!!!!!

When I was looking For a florist for my wedding it was critical that I selected the right company because I am in love with flowers. The flowers needed to be a focal part of our wedding. I selected NPD Events after reviewing so many positive five star reviews and then speaking to both Carlos and Nayra in detail. It was the best decision I made among all the decisions that I had to make for our wedding. The flowers were beautiful and they were exactly as I had wanted them to be. So many people came up to us during the wedding to compliment us about the flowers and everyone wanted to take them home with them at the end of the evening. All I can say is if you want to have beautiful flowers at your wedding you should ask Carlos and Nayra to help you because they are amazing.

This review is specifically for floral design from NPD Events My goal is to share my experience with NPD Events, especially since they are venue's “Preferred Vendor.” Go with another florist for your special day.Nayra and I discussed my vision July 2021. I wanted burgundy, blush pink and especially orangey-pink roses. I specifically showed her an image of my dream bouquet. She said she would order the roses as soon as I paid my first deposit. She said she would keep me updated if she was unable to obtain orange roses. I told her I understood and was aware of supply chain issues due to Covid-19. Orange roses were an integral part of my entire vision. The burgundy, blush and orange-pink roses were our wedding colors. My ceremony start time was at 5pm and I received a text from Nayra of NPD Events at 3:08pm “Happy wedding Day! I wanted to let you know that unfortunately, we were not able to get the orange roses. We really tried but they aren't available right now. You still have a beautiful bouquet ”I did not see the text message as I was in the middle of finishing my pictures at our hotel and ready to leave for the venue. This was the FIRST time hearing that orange with pink roses flowers were not obtained. When I arrived at the venue at 4pm on the day of my wedding, I was so excited to see my florals. However, upon entering the Bridal Suite, my heart sank when I saw my bouquet, bridesmaids’ bouquets, boutonnière, corsages and flower girl petals. To my disappointment my bouquet was, the roses were already turning brown and it definitely was not worth $185. Also, all the arrangements had WHITE flowers in them, we NEVER discussed white flowers in any of the arrangements.I immediately spoke with Nayra. I asked her to please remove all the white flowers from all the arrangements because white flowers in the Chinese culture are only used for funerals. Even though I explained why white flowers needed to be removed, Nayra pushed back and texted me about not being able to get my orange roses. I asked her why she didn’t try to call me? No answer. I asked again for her to remove all the white flowers. Also, before they “corrected” the flowers, I noticed that they substituted burgundy roses for red carnations.1 hour before the start of my ceremony, when I should be relaxing, I was scrambling to remove the white flowers out of flower arrangement! Nayra remained unapologetic.I am very disappointed and saddened at the lack of communication from Nayra. I feel it was unprofessional of Nayra to not call and only notify me through text two hours before my ceremony start time. She did not make an effort to reach out to my coordinators either at Coyote Hills or my Day of Coordinator. In addition, the quality of the flowers that we did have for the ceremony were already turning brown, not part of my wedding color scheme and were unimpressive. After our wedding, I had my Day of Coordinator call Nayra to see what she could do to turn me into a satisfied customer. We were looking for some kind of compensation or possibly even a remake of my bouquet for a photo shoot with missing family members at a later time. Nayra was firm in the final product she gave us, and was unapologetic to my situation. I was not offered any partial refund nor any effort to correct any errors. As a bride, I hope no one else will go through this. My florals made up such a huge part of the day and it set the tone and theme of my wedding day. I wanted a Summer into Fall theme (orangey-pink, blush, burgundy) and got a Spring theme (blush, white and burgundy.) See attached photo for what my vision was and wedding day. I am deeply saddened by the constant reminder that my theme for my wedding was not what I envisioned. I hope my review will help future couples make the right decision to go with another vendor.Like many couples, our wedding was postponed because of Covid-19 and we very much looked forward to this day. How do you put a price on a memory?

This review is specifically for floral design from NPD Events for all floral related items; bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, flower petals, aisle and centerpiece decor, sweetheart table, and cake decor. My goal is to let other couples planning to work with NPD Events know my experience with my venue's "Preferred Vendor" and advise you to go with another florist for your special day. Nayra and I discussed my vision late July 2021. I wanted burgundy, blush pink and especially orangey-pink roses. I specifically showed her an image of my dream bouquet. She said she would order the roses as soon as I paid my first deposit. The deposit was paid August 06, 2021. She said she would keep me updated if she was unable to specifically obtain orange roses. I told her I understood and was aware of supply chain issues due to Covid-19. Orange roses were an integral part of my entire vision. The burgundy, blush and orange-pink roses were our wedding colors. My bridesmaids dresses wore burgundy and the groom and groomsmen's ties and pocket squares were orange. My wedding was on Sunday, September 26, 2021. My ceremony start time was at 5pm at Coyote Hills Golf Course. I received a text from Nayra of NPD Events at 3:08pm "Happy wedding Day! The red roses were replaced with red carnations! One hour before the start of my ceremony, when as the Bride I should be relaxing, I was scrambling to remove the white flowers out of flower arrangement I could find! Nayra did try to remove the white flowers from my bouquet, but I never received any apology or acknowledgment that she did something without discussing or alerting me to the change first. I am very disappointed and saddened at the lack of communication from Nayra. I feel it was unprofessional of Nayra to not call and only notify me through text two hours before my ceremony start time. She did not make an effort to reach out to my coordinators either at Coyote Hills or my Day of Coordinator. I hired Carlos and Nayra for my flowers and the day-of coordination and I can't thank them enough for everything they did for me during this crazy year! Not only did we have to move the wedding date but we even changed the venue last minute because of bad weather. They were very professional and were there for us during the planning and re-planning and re-re-planning and were so flexible and patient. Our wedding day went perfectly and we are really happy! Our flowers were just like I wanted them and I didn't have to worry about anything. It made all the difference for a very stressed out bride. I highly recommend NPD!

All I can say is if you want to have beautiful flowers for any event contact NPD Events! They're the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Not only did the make the floral arrangements beautiful for our wedding, they also stuck with us and supported us through 3 different wedding plans. Postponements, change of venue, change of order needs, they made it so easy. And, to top it all off their prices are so reasonable. You get so much for what you pay for! To tell you the truth, I'd hire them again in an instant just because of their communication skills alone. Being absolutely amazing at their jobs is just a bonus!
