There's a reason Tustin Mazda has a 4.9 star rating on Google. Although my office is about a mile from another dealership, I ended up booking service for my car at Tustin because I was easily able to get someone in service to talk to. Dylan Roberts was my service tech, and I can't say enough positive things about him. The entire experience from drop off to pick up was fantastic. Thank you!

We had an absolutely outstanding experience at Tustin Mazda thanks to Charles. After a horrible experience at another Mazda dealership, we walked in feeling discouraged but Charles completely turned things around for us.
He was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and attentive from the start. He knew we were waiting for a very specific car and color, and he followed up with us consistently without ever being pushy. The moment our car was delivered, he reached out right away and made the entire process seamless.
Because of Charles, we are now proud Mazda owners. He restored our trust in the brand and made the buying experience genuinely enjoyable. We couldn’t recommend Charles and Tustin Mazda more highly!

I’ve bought a lot of cars and had a lot of sales experiences, mostly good but too long and drawn out with hour’s invested in unnecessary upsell and in the finance department. This experience was not that. It was fast, thorough and focused on me and my needs. Jeff Lesniak was fantastic. Knowledgeable, efficient and personable. Thoroughly helpful with apps and car features. He’s an amazing representative of your organization. The team around him was amazing as well from Lori in finance who got that part done quickly and efficiently to the team that shuffled cars to get the one I wanted to test drive in the very back row. I feel well taken care of, happy and confident in my purchase and that’s says a lot when making a major purchase. Thank you to all.

Charles and Jeffrey are truly the BEST!!! They went above and beyond in helping my family interaction with another auto dealership, that I felt was taking advantage of my 19yr old Son-In-Law. Whom had recently bought a car at AUTONATION Infiniti and had ran into engine issue that the dealership is trying to get out of repairing.
Charles and Jeffrey took time out of their day, which by the way Jeffrey was already off the clock and by no means were either of them obliged to do this, but they took the initiative to communicate with the service department there and gave my Son-In-Law advice on how to proceed. They took a very stressful, drawn-out process turned into a shed of light with some hope or at least a direction. Their communication was clear, their advice was spot-on, and they handled the interaction with professionalism and confidence.
They truly, truly, had my families best interests in mind. If you need knowledgeable, TRUSTWORTHY support at dealership, Charles and Jeffrey are absolutely the people you want in your corner. Highly recommended!!!

I have had old, not reliable cars for pretty much my whole adult life. And recently my car took a dump on me, I reached out to Charles over at Tustin Mazda and im so grateful I did! Charles was able to get me a great deal on an amazing car that me and my kids absolutely love! The service was amazing. He stayed super late and even helped entertain my kids while I was signing paperwork. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Charles and the guys over at Tustin Mazda.

Our daughter purchased a 2022 CX-30 Carbon last week. Love this dealership
