I am so disappointed in the staff at this Tustin Mazda and the poor service I received. I brought my car in for an oil change, and they offer different packages. I got the 5000 Mile package. I waited at the dealership for my car and got up after about 1.5 hrs to check if my car was done. I did this because I was the only one left in the waiting area, and they were closing soon. I saw my car parked outside and asked an older man at the service desk if my car was ready. He barely acknowledged me. The person next to him, who I believe is a woman named Elle, told me she would help me in a few moments. I waited and paid for the service, which amounted to about $124. When I was given back my key, I walked back to my car to find that it had been thoroughly searched through. My stuff in the trunk was turned over, the contents of my armrest cubby was strewn about the passenger seat and floor, my dashcam was disconnected, and the items I had put in between my seats looked like they were taken out and then randomly stuffed back in. I went back to the service desk to ask why that was necessary. The man at the service desk said he didn't know, and that shouldn't have happened. At this point, the older man got on his phone and promptly ignored me. He did not offer an apology or come to check the car with me at all. In fact, he got on his phone and ignored me once again. I told him that he should talk to his mechanics because leaving my car in that state after what should have been a quick and easy oil change was unacceptable. Without looking at me, he said, "Yep." and continued staring at his phone when I left. 5 minutes after leaving the dealership, my low tire pressure warning came on. I had to turn my car around and go back to the dealership. When I entered and told them the problem, both Elle and the older man seemed very unwelcoming. I told them the problem with my tires and the warning light coming on, and Elle just took my keys and went to my car. I followed, thinking that she would check it with me. However, she promptly ignored me and just drove my car to the back. I went back to the service desk to wait. When Elle came back, I noticed that she and the older man working the service desks were giving me the cold shoulder. At this point, I wanted to go over the package that I bought and make sure I received the services I paid $124 for since checking the tire pressure was supposed to be included in the package. Elle became very frustrated with me and basically said that if I didn't trust them, I should go somewhere else. At no point during this entire interaction did Elle or the older man at the service desk offer any apologies. I was very taken aback by their demeanor and especially at Elle's response. When I brought up the possibility of a refund, Elle became exasperated and agreed. She took my papers, walked over to the cashier, and gave them my papers without looking at me or offering any sort of apology. After getting my car back, I asked if the mechanic could come and just show me that my tire pressures were checked. I normally never do this, but the poor quality I had received so far, as well as the very poor interaction from the people at the service desk, made me worried. Elle was clearly very frustrated with me at this point. She told me that it wouldn't be possible since the mechanic had already gone home for the day. I asked if she could show me that my tires were indeed checked and that they didn't just reset the warning system in my car. She told me that it wouldn't be possible and that I already got my refund so she shouldn't need to do that and I should just take my car and leave. But just because I got a refund for their poor quality and service does not mean I should just accept my car back as is without knowing what else they did to it. It would have taken literally 10 seconds or less per tire to check.A mechanic did eventually come by and check the tire pressure with me with Elle standing in the back. Jimmy was super helpful in helping us find the perfect CX-5. Appreciate his kindness and honesty throughout the process. Jimmy knows buying a car is a big decision and he answered of our questions so that we made the right decision for us. Everyone at Tustin Mazda was great and kind. Thankful for Jimmy and making it a pleasant car buying experience.

Needed a new car for my folks, and Jimmy Feinstein was super helpful in finding the right car for us. Jimmy was patient, kind, and understanding of what our needs were and did everything he could to help answer our questions as well as layout all of our options for the CX-5. Best of all, Tustin Mazda does not try to upsell you anything extra and were very transparent on the pricing. Lori from finance also did a great job in helping us with all the paperwork. Thank you finance department! I went to Tustin Mazda to purchase a pre-owned car last year, as my prior vehicle had been a Mazda that was incredibly reliable. I ended up purchasing a used Jeep from them instead as it was a great deal and I needed more space than a sedan. I also opted to buy a third-party extended warranty to be on the safe side. The sales and finance team were fantastic and made the process easy and quick. Fast forward 18 months later and the car has been incredibly reliable but needed a repair.The third-party warranty at first declined to let a Jeep dealership do the repair (I had taken the car to a Jeep dealership for standard 10,000 mile checkup) insisting that we take the car back to Tustin Mazda, which would not have been convenient. I called Tustin Mazda and the service and finance team were incredibly helpful, working with the Jeep dealership and third party warranty company to get this repair approved at the dealership where the car was already getting worked on. Tustin Mazda made no further profit from this, but they clearly standby what they sell and advocated for me with the warranty company. I'd feel very confident buying from them again and recommending them to friends, as this is a clear example of a company who not only stands by their sale, but will go above and beyond for a prior customer. My parents and I worked with Jim Feinstein. He was super patient as we figured out what trim and color CX-5 we wanted. Jim offered a great $ deal and provided us with all the options avail. to us. Great customer service and everyone was happy to help us, including Lori from finance. Thanks for the great experience, Tustin Mazda!!!!

Patrick made this car buying experience easy. Have always loved Mazdas. So glad they came out with the CX50. My old Mazda was still going strong at almost 200000k miles. Hope we got another great car!

I had a wonderful experience at Tustin Mazda! As a first time buyer who knew nothing about Mazda walking in, I had tons of questions. Chance was extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. He spent quite a bit of time with us, helping me figure out the model I wanted and weighing the pros and cons.Although I didn’t buy from Tustin Mazda, I wish I had because Chance was such a great person to work with. He provided a low-pressure experience that was the opposite of what you expect from car dealerships.

Jim was amazing! I called a while ago about a car I wanted that no one had in stock, he called me when he got it in and was a pleasure to deal with and he also helped me sell my old car, really happy now and it's all due to him!He was very friendly and professional and really went out of his way to help!I know this car was high in demand and he could have sold it to many others but he called me back to offer it to me even though it may have been easier to sell it to others, I really appreciate that!

Based on other Yelp reviews, my daughter chose this dealership first out of 4 other places we were going to visit. I’m so thankful we did! Since this was her first experience with purchasing a car, she was very anxious. We were lucky enough to have Jimmy, as our salesperson. He was the best at helping my daughter through the whole process! I can’t recommend this dealership enough.
