Opened a savings account and I am am still unable to set up an online account to do actual banking. It doesn't recognize the email address I used , even though I have a screenshot saying exactly what it is. It's just My email address. Lol. My initial deposit will sit there until I withdraw it and close the account. I am tired of trying to reach them so I'm going to open an account at California Bank & Trust, across the street.

This bank seems to change its business hours fairly often. They were closing at 2:00 p.m. M-F. Now they are open until 5:00 p.m. but they close for lunch. I suggest that you call them before trying to go in person, because they are likely to change their hours often.

Great place to bank...friendly, knowledgeable staff and very good rates when compared to other banks. If there is a problem, they fix it. Any off reviews are not for current staff.

Tracy at One West in Tustin is such a helpful and caring person. He has been helping my mom since my father passed 4 years ago with ALL her banking needs and concerns. I feel very confident that he has her best interest In mind when he helps her. When she has a question she emails him and he immediately replies to help her out. He is always a welcoming smile when we walk in the door at One West in Tustin we feel at home.

I have been banking with this bank since they opened in Tustin when they were IndyMac. In fact I was their first customer when they opened the branch. After they changed to OneWest and moved locations, I stayed with them. Why have I stayed with them? First, they have great rates on money market accounts and CD's. They are usually the best I can find locally. Second, they have great service. The branch is like a small town bank. The employees are very friendly, and some actually know my name! Third, about two years ago they assigned Tracy McGhee as my personal banker. He lets me know when OneWest is having a promotion and also assists me in getting the best rates when I roll over CD's. He's very helpful.

Since moving back to Orange County several years ago, we have been banking with One West Bank, exclusively. And, I would never go anywhere else for my banking and financial needs. The staff is wonderful. They're the perfect combination of friendly and professional, intelligent and thoughtful. And, they have our best interests in mind. Special thank you to Tracey McGee and Brian for all they do. In a world where good help and service is hard to find, this bank is a watershed. Thanks to all !

I'd like to give Tracy McGhee recognition for going beyond expectations for the clients he helps at the bank. Tracy has reached out to me on several occasions to see if I could help with various clients with various financial issues that are beyond banking issue. Tracy seems to ask his clients a lot more questions than necessary for banking so that he can make sure they are being cared for in financials matters. This is so important when clients are not working with the correct professionals. Someone needs to look at each banking client to see that all their finances are in order, not just the ones at that bank. I applaud Tracy for being wholly concerned about the clients that come into his bank. In fact, one such client just walked out of my office, hopefully able to sleep better tonight, because Tracy put them in contact with me. Tracy also keeps me apprised of all offers the bank has so that I can have clients take advantage of them. Also, I have asked Tracy for referrals for my clients for financing needs and he always comes through for me.

March 16, 2019 I came here to make a withdrawal and I was told they didn't have any money because it was a corporate mistake. It was not an ATM issue. The manager, who is clueless, told me to buy a pack of gum and get cash back. I nearly lost it. I have no faith in her leadership. Smh I'm changing banks

This is by far the best bank, I moved to Tustin close to a year now and I notice this bank one day since it's next door to Starbucks. Every time I walked by a guy would wave at me. After so long of waving at one another I walked in to inquire about this bank. That is when I met Amado Perez, we talked about my bank (Bank of America) and a problem I had with them. He was very familiar with their procedures that he actually wrote down step by step on how to fix the problem. He told me where to call what options to select what key words I needed to say and even the exact time it would take to fix the issue. From that moment forward I started banking with them and have met the whole staff Brian Casas is the assistant manager and sits right behind Amado, Brian is really nice always standing up to shake my hand offers water to anyone that walks inside the office. Alejandra is their cashier she is amazing she remembers my name and has the deposit ticket ready for me before I even walk up to her window. Tracy is their other banker very knowledgeable about home loans. Their office manager Denise is very a sweet lady. This bank offers everything a big bank does except they give better customer service and they seem to always have high interest rate promotions. Way better than Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Chase Bank all of whom I used to Bank with. Don't take my word for it, stop by this place and see it for yourself. The best part of this bank is that, there are no waiting lines at all!

What a miserable place this is. I had one of the strangest experiences I've ever had in a place of business in my life. Walked in there planning on opening an account. I also needed to break a hundred dollar bill. As I walked in, some guy sitting at a desk on the right gets up, looks in my direction and says in an almost nasty tone, "may I help you?" Hmm...ok. I said "I was wondering if you could break this hundred" holding up the bill. "Do you have an account here?", even nastier this time. I looked at him and grinned because he was so ridiculous and I said "you know what, don't worry about it". I turned and walked out. Seriously, if an organization is stupid enough to put someone this ham-fisted in charge of dealing with the public I certainly don't want them handling my money. A friendly atmosphere is of utmost importance to me, I wouldn't let the clown run a lemonade stand for me.

I have banked with a lot of 'em, so I'm not exaggerating when I say that OneWest Bank (17th St.) have the friendliest and most understanding people working with them. Brian, Alex and Rosie are just a few of the kind and positive people that work here. They always anticipate my needs and always connect me to the best financial information for my accounts. For the few years I've been banking with OneWest, it's been a great experience every time.
