I came in because I had a gift card, From the moment I walked in the door, the workers were very unhelpful about the balance on my gift card. After shopping around and going to get rung up The customer service was nonexistent. This is just kids clothing not brain surgery…but they sure act like it, I left all my stuff and may shop at another Carter store.
