Most of the employees aren't experienced about caring for animals or Food related questions or reptile habitat & food care. The rescue that houses the cat's in the store always has sick cats in there,I've had to Try & GET HELP for one poor cat that was vomiting all over the cage, But when I told management she was more concerned with the fact that they were closing and said that they don't deal with the cats that are for adoption that the rescue does so basically that cat was just to sit there overnight during a holiday and sit in its vomit along with the other cat in its cage sitting in the other cat's vomit everywhere they need to get some type accountability management experience people something or not have housed cats that are sick and not being cared for they really need to hire people that are experienced and know what they're doing. If you buy a pet from here please have it checked out immediately no matter what it is. ???

Grooming deserves 5 stars. If I could give negative starts to the hotel and trainer I would.

The two Latina cvnts working the closing shift on 3/25/24 deserve the worst. The rudest little brats refuse to give any help and both had the worst attitudes. Honestly hope the next person they treat like me socks them both in the face. Hope you both see this and have a horrible day

This Petsmart location is the closest to me, but unfortunately, it has the poorest customer service and consistently fails to answer phone calls. Despite being told I didn't need an appointment for a nail trim for my dog, when I arrived at 3:30pm, I was informed by an employee with rainbow hair that they were too booked to accommodate me, even though the grooming area was empty. It seems they were more inclined to offer appointments than to spend a mere 5 minutes on a walk-in service. My suggestion to Petsmart management: if you're going to assure customers they don't need appointments, ensure you have adequate staff available to accept walk-ins.

First time grooming my cat. Definitely recommend Alma. She took great care of my cat who was nervous at the beginning but because of Alma, he relaxed. Alma was also very kind to offer a blanket to wrap around my cat's carrier since it's raining outside. He came home in good mood. The staff were also very friendly. The cats in this Petsmart are also very cute! Love this tri color cat girl, hope she can get adopted and find a forever sweet home soon

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR ANIMALS HERE FOR GROOMING OR DAY CARE. Every single time I've gone in this store, (and all other Petsmart stores), the groomers are horribly rough and abusive with the dogs, and the pet care assistants yell at the dogs when they bark in their play room with the other dogs. I'm horrified that nothing seems to change even after I've complained so many times. PLEASE DO NOT DROP YOUR PETS HERE OR AT ANY PETSMART LOCATION. They can't tell you how they were treated. :(
