The service was friendly, but I won't be back. They charged me $19 for a book of stamps, when the price everywhere else is $14.60 and, of course, there are no returns on stamps. Making your customers feel cheated is not a wise business practice.

Dhiren is very nice and was helping everyone that came in as I waited with extremely patient and detailed instructions. We had a fun chat while he helped me with finger print scan 10/0 service!

Parents went to get digital photos done for DV-2025. They asked them for DIGITAL photos but people at the shop charged them and gave printed versions. So to get the digital version, my parents paid extra, spending nearly $60. My mom forwarded the digital photo that the postalannex people sent her and guess what?! The photos looked as if they scanned the printed versions and just converted them to JPG. They did not even crop them correctly - the pixels were off! One photo was 1209x1209 and the other was 1197x1209, but the allowed size for digital photo submission is min 600x600 and max 1200x1200. So they overcharged us and we can't even use the photos! We have to go somewhere else to retake them! JUST AWESOME!

Had to get a live scan for volunteer work - service was incredible. Sadly couldn't get the name of the kind man who helped me but I was in & out much sooner than expected! Very considerate & efficient

Came in to get some document printed, notarized, and sent out. The clerks there were helpful at every stop of the process, especially Dhiren. Would definitely recommend this spot for anyone needing any postal work done!

I came here for a live scan and the man who runs it is incredibly nice. Everything was done quickly and efficiently and I'm very pleased with the customer service I received. Price depends on what you're getting done but mine was about $75, which I think is comparable. Absolutely recommend coming here.

Best service from a Postal Annex I've received so far. Came in for a livescan today and was greeted by Dhiren who was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to manage the needs of 3 or 4 customers all at once and was very patient and kind. Great place to visit!

Seriously, the guys who work here are the best. They've always been friendly, quick to help, and have never failed to have the perfect size box. The best thing is, no matter who you're shipping with, they can take care of it. One stop and you're good to go.Plus a great selection of cute mailers and greeting cards.I've also gone to them for passport photos and they were great. Thanks guys!!
