Jacob and Wendy are so friendly and helpful. Pouch is a great storage facility. No price games like the other places. And no crypt keepers working the desks. Five stars all around.

I toured this place recently and Jacob was very helpful and informative and incredibly patient with my thousands of questions. Excellent customer service! The space was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend them.

I really like the storage unit I rented it is clean and easy access. The orly problem is there is no air conditioning it gets very hot upstairs and I have complained several times with no results.Ray the staff member is rude and unprofessional, she not train in her job and throws the keys at me when I ask for them. She has a personal problem with helping customers and is not very pleasant..I will be moving soon because of her attitude.i wouldn't recommend this storage to my friends or family
