Customer service was the worst of all Ralph's I've been to! I always go to Ralph's after the gym around 8pm. Usually at other Ralph's, when buying alcohol, if they only have one line open and it's long, they let you check at a register near the self checkout. I Usually go to the one on Main or Alton (very nice customer service). Tonight, I decided to go to this Ralph's off Jamboree, one line open and long. I went to the guy working self checkout (very short 5,5ft, white, balding blondish brown hair) and asked if he could help me check out because they only have line open and it's very long. He said I can't do that for you, in a very rude tone. I said other Ralph's do that for their loyal customers if it's long wait and you only have 3 items (including alcohol). He said very sarcastically, well they shouldn't be doing that for you! Look, if he just didn't have the register to check me out then simply say, "I'm very sorry ma'am, I'm not able to do that, our stores not setup to do that." Being condescending to customers is rude! I actually used to go to the Jamboree store a year ago, and the checkout people were very nice. I'm not a sensitive person, but his attitude really left a bad taste, I'm never coming back here again! Go to Ralph's on Main or Alton, those guys are personable and treat you like valuable customer!

The store is always clean. The helpers always kind and friendly. But your customers in your parking lot are nuts. Here's to the bottle blonde Karen that's too lazy to pick up her Yorkshire Terrier when I am trying to back a one ton truck out of a parking space. I see her but not her teeny weeny little dog. She carried on like I had hit the dog. Get a grip! If you treat your dog like that I hope you do not have any children because I feel really sorry for them. And also I feel really sorry for your husband if you even have one.

Items you can not find at other chains tend to be in stock here at Ralph's. The prices are slightly higher-end, but we utilize the international isle for items we only want a small quantity of rather than the entire case sold online.

I stopped shopping here, started going to Stater Bros, because this Ralph's never has people manning registers.

The quality of meat was horrible! It was so bad I had to return it. It was slimy and fell apart. It was clearly rotten, but it looked really red like it was good meat. Sam, one of the managers, said I could only get a gift card when I returned it because it was her policy, even though I have just paid cash for the $15.00 meat purchase. She said anything over $10 has to be in a gift card. I purchased meat from other Ralphs all the time, and I was shocked at the poor customer service and quality of meat.

We just moved to Tustin and we are living very close to Ralph’s in Jamboree so is very convenient to have it so close . The store is good , the Cashiers do not have a good attitude ! is a matter of fact i should say they have the worst attitude i ever experience iin a market !! OMG what is wrong with them ! . just zero people person skills , they are not polite, not friendly at all , very rude ! That was my first time I went to Ralph’s here in Tustin at Jamboree, I thought maybe it was just that Male cashier so went back and again it happens again this time with a older short female , my son has had the same horrible experience with an other cashier and my sister also with the same male cashier ! so we stop going there !. And even if I have to drive a few more miles I try to avoid going shopping at that specific store ! Very disappointed! Not good

Last Thursday I shop with my mom casher was not friendly . She never happy . Manager need talk to Raphs team members to work on customers sever . Next time we go different casher . This unexpected . I do work at sprouts Away say hi customer. Never be rude . They need work on custom sever more .

Today is the second day in a 7 day period I have visited this store to order a cake and cupcakes from the bakery. Not one person is behind the counter the two days I showed up. Found an employee and he had no idea how to help me order a cake….then proceeded to tell me they are short staffed cause “someone is out on injury”. I don’t care what the excuses are. This is a corporate business and this is absolutely unacceptable for this big of a chain grocery store to not be staffed or adequately trained on how to service their customers for business. I refuse to shop here after this and will find a baker somewhere else. I hope management and corporate is reading this….help your store!!!

The old boar’s food blonde nanny hates her job, constantly using nasty words while cutting meat. I guess she’s in menopause but she should go. Plus, she is also very slow, the line gets real long then she came to us and do her job for a very long long time. We ordered few meals and it took 20 minutes… Realize food are already cooked. This job is apparently overwhelming to her, she is not able to do it right.

It's your average grocery store. However, the customer service here is top notch. The people here are very welcoming.

This is usually our go to place for groceries. They have the best produce but off late I'm observing certain changes to how they treat us at the cash register. In the past we have always had bag helpers and on some days and at some counters there is no one so we used to fill up the bag ourselves for 100$ of groceries we buy every week. I mean like literally every week we spend 100$ at this store. Recently, and I am certain that every time it was our chance to check out the bag helper would walk away knowing fully well we need help. This has been consistently happening for the past few weeks, finding a way to abandon the counter once we are ready to check out. I do not know if the staff have been informed to treat people of color differently. But it has been happening consistently. Shame on this store owner for doing this. If there are any other customers who have observed this change please type your reviews to expose their unfair racist treatment.
