Abel provided maintenance for my unit's smoke detector. After fixing it, he offered to fix other problems in the apartment. When I told him our kitchen outlets weren't working, he quickly identified that the GFCI needed a replacement. I really appreciated that he took the time to make sure the issue was resolved before leaving.

We just recently moved here a few months ago and so far I love it. It’s a very good well-maintained and peaceful community. The maintenance staff here are very friendly and very helpful. Abel always has a positive attitude and always goes above and beyond his job. I would totally recommend these apartments to anyone looking to rent.

Before I moved to Rancho Santa Fe, I stayed in an apartment Melbourne, Australia for one year. Though it was newer with modern features, I like Rancho Santa Fe a lot more. This has spacious public area, safe, clean and nice. The leasing team and maintenance team is very responsive and very supportive. Especially, when Abel visited my unit, I had a new light stand not working though it was a brand new. Abel touched it a few times and made it work magically! He did an excellent job on my other lights and willingly extended his services for me. He was very reliable and skillful in fixing almost everything. I am sure he is great asset not only to the residents but also to his maintenance team. I appreciate his sincere services. I also recommend Rancho Santa Fe to anyone new to this area.
