would like to start off by saying the name of the employee was NALA I went in with four of my friends to get a cup of ice cream. We did not receive service for the first 10 minutes waiting in line at the ice cream check out when we finally went to go ask the lady to come since no one came. She got upset and told us that we had to wait because there was only one person she got extremely mad and she, in fact, only scooped half of our ice cream cups because for some reason we were really pissing her off by asking her to serve us. We were very patient mind you we waited 10 minutes before this, and even when paying, she raised her voice and snapped at us in front of multiple people which was humiliating given we did nothing wrong, we stayed respectful with her. Maybe it was a bad day. Definitely taught me a lesson not coming here again.

I have been shopping here for 6 years. My wife and I had moved here so that she can continue her career for UCI medical center. Within the past year I have noticed the cashier's making personal remarks, accusations, insulting me personally even with what I purchased. In front of other shoppers. I am just another shopper. We feel sad and sorry and have pity for these so-called employees. The insults and very personal remarks have gone too far. Good-bye and we will not give them any more of our money.

It is the first time that I come and of my 3 medications they only gave me one because the others are not there until Monday and I spoke a day before coming so as not to give the wrong turn because it is a bit far from me house and that they come out to me that within 3 days the missing medications will be there. I placed an online order for pick up at this location and within a few hours I got a notification that my order was ready. I came in and they had it organized on their "online orders" shelf ready for me to pick up. All in all, it was a quick in and out, which I appreciate because that's why I opt for the convenience of in-store pick up. The employee was nice and handled my transaction right away.

Normally, I don't write reviews about places like Rite Aid. Tonight my daughter and I went to get ice cream at this place. Their ice cream is really good and very economical. What really made our evening and week wonderful was meeting and being served by an amazing employee name Staci. Our experience is hard to put into words. She is such a bright and wonderful human being. We just felt like we were VIP and so special. She really stacked our individual cones. RiteAid is really blessed to have her as an employee. I think every store Needs to have a Staci on their staff. Well done Rite Aid on Jamboree and Irvine Boulevard in Tustin bordering Irvine.

Always a good day when you can get ice cream! Though inflation has more than tripled the price of a scoop since I was a kid, but the ice cream is still tasty. Go with the chocolate malted krunch- you will not be disappointed.

This is usually our go-to pharmacy, but today my wife took our son to pick up some medicine and decided to get an ice cream cone. My son chose vanilla, and the guy behind the counter criticized him for being “a boring kid”. His callous comment confused and hurt my son’s feelings. I expect better people at the businesses I support.

One of the cashiers, Jenny, is very rude to her customers. She is very dismissive and condescending.We were checking out, the prompt for the rewards came up and offered to update my email address. I pressed yes, and it disappeared. When I told Jenny that I wanted to give the email for her to enter, she dismissed me, rolled her eyes, looked at my family, and asked them "is that all?". This is the second time an instance like this with Jenny have happened to us.Why is this person with poor customer service skills and a rotten attitude put in a customer-facing position? Jenny is very unprofessional and rude with every interaction we have had with her. Customers shouldn't have to deal with her eye rolls, dismissals, and rude behavior.When she was told that we would be sharing this experience with her store and corporate, she just gave a smug look and rolled her eyes again.

Jorge the store associate is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Not just about the store but also the RiteAid app. He took time to answer my questions and helped me to troubleshoot on the app and because he did, he made another sale. Highly recommend this store.

The cashier working tonight was extremely rude, her tone was condescending and acted like I was stupid for not knowing how to order a tub of ice cream to take home. After being treated in this way she still managed to get my order wrong, but I was so frustrated at this situation I just wanted to leave.I've worked in customer service and understand that the job can be tiring, and I try to be sympathetic and friendly to those behind a register, but this was honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had when dealing with a cashier. If I could give zero stars I would in this situation.

I recently visit this store to pick up the advertise item of this week and I able to find it on shelve. Great! Thanks Rite Aid staff to keep merchandise in stock.
