Love that I have a Sephora inside my Kohls! This location does not carry all items as the Sephora store at Market Place but it is by far cleaner and not as busy (which I love) the employees are very knowledgeable. Mia was very sweet and helpful in picking out some products! Love how she make suggestions and provided me with options help fit my budget. Definitely my go to store now!!

The girls here are always sooo sweet and i very much appreciate that because alot of Sephoras dont have very nice people but at this one even when low staffed they are not rude , Super nice and helpful, I appreciate it , Thankyu Sephora Gals??:) :)

The lines here are absolutely ridiculous. I never really give reviews but just go to a different Kohls. Amazon returns? 20-30 minutes. Try to go on lunch? 20-30 minutes. Maybe after work? 20-30 minutes. Good thing you have an employee folding shirts at the speed of smell instead of assisting in checking people out. I dont know what happened in the last 6 months but I literally dread going here now.

I looked forward to doing my holiday shopping at Kohl's. Well, again I had an unpleasant shopping experience at the Tustin CA store this evening. I found Under Armour shirts stacked neatly on a display in an assortment of designs and sizes. Above the counter was a sign that read "30% Off Under Armour Reg $25.00 Sale $16.99. I picked 3 shirts with a $25.00 price tag, picked up a few more items and brought them to the register. The register rang them up without any sale price. The cashier called the manager in charge, and I showed him the display of shirts with the sale sign. At this point the manager said there was 2 signs on the counter. One that showed the shirts regular price range. I told him that I saw both signs, but the sale sign indicated the ones priced at $25 were on sale for $16.99. The manager then said, "no some of them are regular price." I picked up a $25 shirt and asked the manager how the customer can differentiate whether it is on sale versus regular price. The manager said, "the customer could take it to somebody or take it to a scanner." I responded that I felt this is deceitful to Kohl's customers. If some shirts are regular price, they should be on a separate display, separate from the sale items. The manager said, the two signs are okay on the same display. I feel this is false advertisement. Customers can easily put these shirts into their cart, pay and leave the store not knowing they are being charged full price! This is wrong, this does not promote a good customers experience and return business!

There are rarely enough return/checkout personnel. 3:30 pm it's packed and lines are not moving. Pretty typical here unless you arrive right at opening, but hey I work.

Not sure if I'll ever come back to this location again, which is a shame because it's close by my workplace. I started shopping here to buy clothes for work and came here to have a sensor removed from a blazer that was purchased at a different location. The other store forgot to remove it at the time of my purchase. The cashier at the Tustin location, was a male; I didn't catch his name, but he was wearing a Cowboys sports jersey and had black slicked back hair, was really rude and short with me. He kept brushing me off when I would speak. He called over his manager and I explained to her what happened and she told him that it was okay to remove the sensor for me. He looked pretty peeved and idk if it's because he thought I was lying and that maybe thought that I stole the piece of clothing. I didn't appreciate it and I think he could work some more on his customer service skills. I won't be returning here anymore. I now understand why this location has only 2 1/2 stars.

I visit this location frequently because it's close to home and I can bring all my Amazon return orders here! In addition to making the returns easy, I usually get a $5 Kohl's cash which is awesome. The Kohl's cash does expire a week after you make the return so I usually just spend it right then and there. I love browsing the toy section since it's easy to find toys for about 5 bucks. Making the coupon completely worth it. The check out line can get long but the store is pretty good with adding more cashiers when the line gets too long. So even when it looks long it tends to move rather quick. Shout out to the best employee at Kohl's (although they are all great) Melissa! She has assisted me multiple times and is just a pleasant person. You can tell she loves her job and helping people. I'll be back again soon!

I had a great customer service experience here today. I needed to return an Amazon purchase. I have done about 3-4 returns, but I had not used a Kohls before. I couldn't get my Amazon app to allow the kohls app to open the kohls map to find which store! KEVIN at the Amazon return counter helped me! I just needed to hit confirm on the Kohl's part... not go all the way to the map locator on the store app. I did it all from right there in the store! Excellent customer service. Seriously. Thank you Kevin!

I needed some new slippers. I had other errands to run today including getting some frozen and refrigerated items. This was my last stop and I planned on doing a curbside, as this location does do curbside. I arrived, parked right up front, checked in, and waited. I waited 10 minutes, and nobody. So I tried to call the number listed in the email. It sounded like the phone was answered and went to a high pitched tone. So I went to google, to try to find a better number. Same number, same tone. Now it had been 20 minutes. I didn't want to leave my vehicle full of groceries and other purchases but at this point I had no choice. So I went inside. And the employee at the front check out was leaned over the check out on her phone. I asked where customer service was and she barely looked up and pointed towards the back corner. I went over there and was told to wait by the online pickup. While I was waiting I heard the little drive up pinging sound going off multiple times... A young man came over and asked to scan my Barcode... he couldn't find the order so he asked doe my ID which I gave to him... and he looked up the order and went somewhere. Then I saw him go over to a register and ask the woman working there something and she pointed behind her on another register. He grabbed something, came over to me and it was my slippers. I don't know why someone had put them there and then not brought them out to me when I checked in... but it was a pretty unfortunate experience overall. Wish it had been better.

Stand waiting for someone to come to the online order counter - only to find the person who comes from the back has to call someone else to help me - but then I'll have to go stand in the checkout line to do my return? Really? The older lady behind the customer service counter is in the wrong business. Thanks to the guy who brought me my order. I miss my Laguna Niguel Kohl's customer service crew!

I came to Kohls to make an Amazon return. They gave me a coupon for 25% off next purchase. I went to the mens department to get a Columbia billfold and use the coupon. When I checked out, they declined the coupon they just printed because "it's only good on national brands (per the sales lady) and they can't accept for this. Perhaps I'd rather get something else? This is for the Columbia company, HQ out of Portland Oregon, and which sells product all over the place. For my money, this falls somewhere between deceptive practices and bait and switch. I don't feel like Kohl's is completely honest and above-board, and I have no desire to visit them agaoin.

I was informed by the Tustin Kohl's cashiers on Saturday, April 3, 2021, due to COVID-19 causing the inability to try on clothes to determine a customer's most befitting size, I was encouraged to buy all possible sizes to take home and determine which sizes are most befitting of my body shape. I was assured I was able to return and exchange the incorrect sizes for the correct sizes in the same brands (Tek Gear and Apt.9) utilizing my Special Offer 40 discount, so I would NOT lose the Special Offer 40 discount. I entrusted the information provided by the retail store's cashiers because, as part of their professional onboarding and training process, I expected them to be familiar with Kohl's policies and exhibit integrity amongst Kohl's customers. Therefore, as instructed, I proceeded to purchase a variety of sizes, utilizing my Kohl's Special Offer 40 discount equating to an amount of $138.20. I returned home to determine the correct sizes most befitting of my body shape and proceeded to return and exchange the incorrect sizes to Laguna Niguel Kohl's, utilizing my Special Offer 40 discount. On Monday, April 5, 2021, at Laguna Niguel Kohl's, I was informed Tustin Kohl's did not provide me with accurate information because I was unable to exchange and retain and re-apply my Special Offer 40 discount for the correct sizes in the same brands (Tek Gear and Apt.9). I felt incredibly displeased and betrayed with the lack of integrity exhibited to me by the Tustin Kohl's cashiers. I expected a representation of professional values from the Kohl's brand of employees. Unfortunately, times are very difficult, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, so discounts are taken very seriously by customers who are facing such difficult financial situations. I contacted the Tustin Kohl's Assistant Store Manager, Sabrina Lopez at
[email protected], on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 to resolve this matter but have not received a response. Therefore, I have filed a formal BBB Complaint for assistance in resolving this matter.
