“Parking can get tough depending on time of day. Happy to see the center successfully leased. Marshall's is usually our destination. Walked past Dollar Tree. Long line!”
“Rarely go to this area because of traffic and parking. I was able to navigate and find our destination, AMC Theaters. The rain was an added challenge as there is no cover, so umbrellas are required.
Area is nice with fairly easy access but can be a walk to certain establishments.”

“Great local spot in Tustin with great restaurants and shops! 17th Street Grill and Zovs are my 2 favorite spots in the center! 17th St Grill just started live music, along with Comedy Night and a wine pairing dinner once a month! Check them out! Zovs has great Mediterranean food and drinks! I frequent both places each week! Very consistent!”

“It got a rated 4 because it has the cream pan bakery in it. It's close to the Old Town Tustin, so it's got that going for it. And also its freeway easy access. You better pull out your phone and use the Google map service if you're not familiar with the area. Lots of turning streets. The parking is free, and there's a good selection of various vendors in the parking lot. The bakery is the shining star.”
“Lawrence Square has been the Mainstay of my childhood and adulthood. Usually this is a strip mall that always has something there that I need. Unfortunately Rite Aid has now left that spot. But the 99 Ranch grocery store has recently come in. There's also a Daiso there as well and a sporting goods store as well as several other great little shops and food places. This is a great strip mall and I highly recommend you taking a look at it and running through it to see if there's something in there for you because I'm going to guarantee there is”

“This is a very tiny shopping mall that's connected to another portion of a larger mall, outdoor. This particular section has all the eating places and has some really great restaurants there. However, the parking is very tight, and if you have a larger vehicle, I would park on the other portion of the mall. But you have boba tea, Mexican restaurant, Asian, ramen, sushi, pizza, sandwhiches, chocolatier Etc and even a fast food restaurant.The other section has a sugn co, cvet, dentist, music store, piano store etc. We are at this outdoor mall all the time. Great food choices!”

“We love being part of events at The Market Place, especially the annual Dino Dash supporting the Tustin Unified School District.
JETSET Pilates Irvine has been a vendor at Dino Dash, and it is such a fun, high energy event. There is nothing better than meeting so many local families, cheering everyone on, and supporting our school district right here in our own community.
The Market Place is the perfect location for a large scale community fundraiser like this. There is plenty of space, easy parking, and such a lively atmosphere. It truly feels like the heart of Tustin and Irvine coming together for a great cause.
