I've had my wine at their storage in Newport Beach, very convenient location and access is easy with a phone call. Additionally, buying wine from them always a pleasure and the auction always has good choices.

Stay away, bought A LOT OF Wine ALL BAD !!! All bottles .. Not just some, all bottles bad, it's almost impossible, that they did not these wines were bad, and when we told them they are no good !! "THEY said, we can sell it again in our actions... you can consign it back". WOW !!!! STAYWAY AND BE CAREFUL !!! 25K OF BAD WINES

Highly recommend Spectrum Wine! I contacted Spectrum on short notice because our wine cellar cooling unit was failing and we needed to move our wine somewhere safe, fast, before leaving on a long trip. Trish was able to confirm a same-day appointment to have our wine packed up, transported, and stored until our cellar is functioning again. They provided all of the boxes and packing materials, and were in and out with our 250 bottles within an hour. Trish kept us updated throughout the process, and we feel comfortable knowing our collection is safe for as long as we needed it stored. Flash forward to today, when I was able to easily schedule to have my wine brought back to my home, now that our cellar is up and running again. Simply amazing customer service all around--thank you, Spectrum!

Spectrum Wine to the rescue!!! I contacted Spectrum this morning because our wine cellar cooling unit is failing and needs to replaced which will take a few weeks. Hi Amy, Your shipment of my wine arrived on Monday the 12th. Everything went smoothly, with no issues of any kind. In fact, it was great! Hats off to you and your shipping colleagues! The pallet was extremely well packaged, with no damage of any kind. And every case and every bottle tied EXACTLY to my records and all the invoices I received. With over 400 bottles of various sizes reflecting 60 different line items (!), the shipment tied EXACTLY to my records for each and every bottle. Amazing! Not a single discrepancy. Somebody has really got it together in your shipping department. Again, my hat is off to them. And Amy, my very sincere thank you for taking charge and leading the effort on this. Wine storage at Spectrum Wine is a terrific experience. In a warehouse sized setting, clients have various sized lockers which one may keep their own locks on. The temperature is always 55° and ones wine is well protected and kept in the best possible conditions one could ask for. Storage fees are reasonable as well. As far as staff goes, nobody does it better than Trish. She takes the time to make sure one has the right sized unit, always greets people in a kind and friendly manner and is extremely knowledgeable about the various options available to store ones wine. I highly recommend storing your wines at Spectrum wine. Thank you.
