I’m disappointed to write this review. This used to be one of my favorite stores, but the customer service has significantly decreased. First of, the woman’s bathroom was closed for the 3 hrs that i was in the store. When I ask an employee he does not even try to figure out what is going on, and looks at me like “figure it out” I had to sneak in because it was an emergency, and the bathroom was barely even dirty.. Additionally, upon checking out we had 2 sets of weights that were apparently marked wrong by the employees!! They gave us such a hard time over it. If something is marked wrong by the employees why should that be my fault ???

3 stars because of crazy lines at all times of the day . However the quality and variety of items is really awesome . The racks are a bit of a mess. I love that dog treats are always at great prices .

This location jewelry department is very organized and well setup all the time, clean. Full satisfaction 5 star.

MOD closed the store early at 7:58 when they close at 8pm. She told me there were too many people in there. Poor customer service by people who clearly just want to go home and don’t care about conducting business.

terrible I bought a bag. I wanted to return it with the tags on it and I had my receipt it was only 3 day of when I purchased it, the associate kept messing with it and picking at the stones I was watching her from a far finally the manger Steve approached me stating that he won’t be able to return it because it was not in the same condition. Well if your stupid associate would have handle it with care and would have not picked at it, like dumb monkey I wouldn’t had this issue. Now I am stuck with a bag that they damaged. Stop buying high end stuff from this place. They are scammers and rude people. I rather go to the mall at least they give you a box for such fragile items like this bag I purchased. I am so sad shame on you TJ max. I hope you go out of business. Shame shame.
