Pretty reliable for small orders for non-profit. Tried them on a whim and then when we hired somebody to handle this she like them so much kept them and we're based in Indiana.

Award shop has a wide variety of products. Used them for a lot of complex embroidered shirts and they are quite expert at helping to prepare artwork. Everything has come out great.
They are also good about providing the customer with the actual final design files.
