Stay Away from this place. My wife and I are in the market for a used truck, just to use as an extra vehicle. She found a used truck at Tustin Buick GMC. So we drove an hour to Tustin Buick GMC to have a look and possibly purchase it. Per their ad, the price of the truck was $40,363. It also said in the ad that there was a dealer discount of $6,201 which made the price of the truck $34,162.After arriving at the dealership we were met by a salesman and told him about the truck we were interested in. He said the truck was in the back so he would need to retrieve it and bring it out. When he brought out the truck, he told us that the advertised price of the truck was not actually the price of the truck. He said the truck had been lifted, so it would cost an additional $7000, but that was negotiable. Negotiable! What!? Really?! So let me get this straight. Do you want me to negotiate against myself to figure out how much more I'm going to pay over the advertised price of the truck? That is pure false advertising, dishonesty, and bad business practices. We just turned around and left without saying anything else to him. There are a bunch of places to buy cars. Don't go anywhere near Tustin Buick GMC! In my opinion, they are dishonest and crooked. If they're doing things like this, who knows what other dishonesty they're doing in their dealings.

I drove 2 hours to come see this truck 2021 range rover hse p400 not sure why have it posted when I got to the dealer it was in the mechanic shop a employee told me if I wanted to see it .. I did it was so ugly dirty, and all scratched up so many problems.. with it

Carlos was in communication with me prior to our arrival. He was very informative and respectful to the vehicle we were looking for. Never felt rushed or pressured once. Extremely professional and in the end we got the vehicle we wanted for a great price

Best experience purchasing a vehicle. Starting with the phone call I made to check for the vehicle before going and explaining my situation Patrick Regan was so helpful and kind on the phone he's the reason I decided to go to Tustin Buick GMC. Our sales team did an amazing job on getting us approved with a trade in. They got us in to the truck that we had been trying for a couple of years. As well as Faizan Siddigi our finance guy was quick on the paperwork to get us out. Thank you so much for all the help.

Called the day before to make an appointment and spoke with Jeff, confirmed all my details and on Tuesday when I showed up a young lady greeted me right away and let Jeff know I was there. He did the paperwork and said they would start the truck and would be ready by 1030. By 1020 they had texted me and everything was completed and truck washed! Excellent and professional service!

This review is based on the concept of doing the car buying process or beginning the car buying process over the phone or email and Tustin Buick GMC's website. Since 2016, we've purchased our past few cars in this fashion. It's simply more manageable and more convenient. Then, once it's finished, we just show up, say hello, and sign. In and out in hopefully a hour. We were interested in a moderately priced vehicle we saw on their website. We used the "Get Today's Price," but guess what? What never got today's price or even a reply? We tried using that lovely little Bot on every car's website to get someone to contact us. We got generic responses like "Would you like to come in and see a car." We just wanted an online contact. After 24 hours, we finally called Tustin Buick GMC and spoke to a woman. We mentioned the car we were interested in and told her we'd like to begin the process via phone or email. She told us that Tustin Buick GMC is an "In-person dealership." From there, the woman didn't seem interested in helping or fielding questions, and we hung up. It's sad that we're looking to spend a sizable sum of money, and this is what we get. Hence this review. So, if you're willing to pack a lunch, drive however far, haggle over a price, and then, after 4-8 hours, possibly be offended by a ridiculous APR. Then Tustin Buick GMC is for you. Ps. Please don't reply. It would be insulting.Pss. Ironically see SA's review/experience posted hours before this review. Case in point!

My salesman David was kind, patient and a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable in GM products. His partner Krystal was also just superb as was finance. I received follow up calls and was treated like I was part of their family. I flew 500 miles to purchase my truck from them. I would recommend them without hesitation.

The worst truck-buying experience I've ever had. Red flag, I should have known better when the sales guy won't do business unless you are in their showroom floor. So, I took a day PTO and made an appointment with a sales guy Nathan. When I arrived after driving 3 hours from Bakersfield, Nathan texted saying he was on a test drive. I waited 30 minutes then another sales guy started working with me on the deal. Next, the sales guy tells me they sold the truck I was going to buy four days ago. He looks at his computer and finds another truck arriving at their dealership in two weeks. I was fine with that as long as I could get the truck I wanted at MSRP of $74,105.00 Next, he added on a Pro Pack @ $3579.00, Major Guard @ $6,408.93, Gap @ $1,495.00, Government fees, and taxes bringing the total to $93,291.63. I explained that I did not want any of the add-ons and he immediately ran to his sales manager to "see what he can do". Well, he returns 20 minutes later with the gap removed. The sales guy tells me he cannot sell the truck without the add-ons. I told him again I did not want any additional add-ons and to stop wasting my time. He looked at me confused and ran to his sales manager for advice. I had enough of this BS and started walking out. The sales manager and the sales guy said they could knock off $1000. What a joke. At this point, I was so pissed off for wasting my time. As I walked away the sales manager had an attitude and said that I would not find the truck anywhere. I told him GM would make more trucks and I would never buy from them for sure. On the way home I stopped to get gas and I got a text from Raymond at Parkway GMC in Valencia with the exact truck I was looking for. This is the awesome part, I happened to stop for gas on the same exit where the dealership was located, hmmmm. Thank you, God! I ended up purchasing a 2023 GMC Sierra Denali fully loaded with $3000 under invoice. The MSRP was 76,000 and I got it for $70,000. Raymond was awesome. He did not pressure me or try to sell additional stuff I didn't need. Plus, he has called two days in a row to see how we like the truck. Very cool.Nathan never showed up for the appointment. He never apologized for the awful service and for standing me up. What a jerk.

Sales and Finance team were great, however i had very poor experience with the service team. Bad scheduling and were going to honor the schedule the second visit for the same thing until asked to speak to the service manager. As well after service the car was returned with a lot of grease on the console and door panel. they did clean after showed the issue.

Rachel was professional and consistent with her communication, updates, and follow-up. We began our conversations in July and she regularly provided me with inventory availability and vehicles due to be delivered as I had indicated to her that I wouldn't be ready to purchase until September. Tom (Sales Manager), George (Assistant Sales Manager), Erick (Finance Manager) and all of the other staff members were supportive, informative, and extremely competent professionals. We felt is was a fair deal... although the protection plan is very expensive - my wife's idea to purchase. Still awaiting black GMC badges and exhaust tips that are part of the window sticker by not yet installed by the dealership - Due bill provided so hopefully soon...

I was looking for a Acadia AT4. I Saw one online and I called dealership. Alissa answered and I went the following day. She was friendly and kind. I test drove Acadia & I liked it. Then she introduced me to Jorge. 1hr later came to an agreement. And I took the vehicle that day. When I got home I saw my contract more in detail and I saw some issues with my contract :/.” Unfortunately I had to come back to Tustin the following day! Jorge was no help. I WOULD NOT recommend his help!! However Eric took care of me the following day! Thank you!!
