I went into tustin cadillac unsure if this would be the right dealer. I quickly learned that this was the best dealer and one of the best dealers ive ever gone to in general. JIMMY, AND ALEX are the ones who helped me get my XT5 and i reccomend this dealer to all even those who may be unsure of where to go next! They are ALL wonderful and helpful

I’ve been looking for a new 2024 ct5 for about a week and half. Everywhere I went the answer was car is in transit. Decided to give these guys a try and walked out with a 2024 black on black ct5. Sale person Alex kick butt!! Jimmy came in and closed the deal and figured out how to save me some cash. Richard cool bro from Guam got me out of dealership in less then an hour. These guys are great lookin for a cadi hit up Alex then have him connect you with the rest of the crew. This team is fantastic! Thanks again for getting me my Cadillac!

I have been a customer at Tustin Cadillac for 10 years and am very satisfied with the excellent support I have received from Aaron Schley and Sarah Palaccios in the service department. They keep me informed about the progress of repairs and return my car as clean and shiny as it was when it was new. I highly recommend their customer service.

Our sales person was very knowledgeable and very helpful. For the time we drove up to the time we were approved for a loan, it was only one hour. I was interested in the Cadillac CT5. Mainly due to the 10-speed transmission that comes standard, and the front end styling, as it has a cool smiley face. After doing my research, I wanted a CT5 that does not come with a sunroof. So the best chance for that combination would be the base Luxury trim. Tustin Cadillac was the only dealership that had the specific Luxury trim, other dealerships around me had the Luxury trim but usually with the added sunroof option. It helped also that Tustin Cadillac did not add markup adjustment to the vehicle, and no ridiculous extra dealer add ons added to the car like nitrogen tires, alarm system, and door protection film to name a few.Since there were no CT5 in stock yet when I first made the inquiry, Stephanie kept me informed on the availability regularly. Once it arrived, she asked if I wanted to purchase the car, and have it delivered to my place in San Diego. I decided to visit the dealership instead to look and test drive the car with Damian. I liked how the car drives, and since the dealership gave me a fair price after some negotiation, I decided to purchase it. Fay, the Finance Manager, was also nice as she isn't too pushy when selling the extra maintenance option, and was flexible with the payments method.Overall, very happy with the purchase process as Tustin Cadillac made it easy for me, but most importantly the price they gave to me was fair. Will certainly purchase a future car there again as there are not a lot of fair & honest dealerships these days. Lastly, I wished they were situated closer so I can have my car serviced there but sadly that's not the case.Thank you.

Service depart has went down hill over the years... Every service advisor I've had has left tustin cadillac... since I've been coming here I've seen multiple employees over the years come and go and it shows... I have been calling leaving voicemails trying to set up an appointment so I could drop my car off because my check engine light just came on and it's sad because nobody in the service department returns customers calls anymore... The lady on the phone tries to make excuses saying maybe there busy and that she will relay the message so that they will return my call but nobody has called back... after this experience I will be looking for another cadillac dealership to do business with because i refuse to waist my time and money with an establishment that can't even return a customer call that has called and left a message more then once...

What a disappointment. Came in to see the XT4. Dealership is under remodeling, so there are ZERO new cars on the lot, had to ask the service department if there were any cars, they walked us inside, past a bunch of people waiting for their car repairs, into a hall, and then he turned around to tell us they were all in a meeting and not available...Ok, maybe this is just a temporary thing I think... So, I ask the service guy about the service department (since I can't see a car, or talk to a salesperson) I asked about "loaner cars" and he said NO, if you needed a loaner after purchasing a new Caddy, it was a 1 month waiting time due to low inventory. Is Cadillac's supply chain THAT impacted, STILL???Clearly, this dealer, or maybe the entire brand isn't interested in new buyers. Quite different than the Lincoln brand. I think there is another dealer in south Orange County, maybe I will check there...This was a terrible first impression to my real world exploration of the Cadillac brand. My confidence has been tarnished.

Alex Rodriguez was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. He worked with us to get us exactly what we needed and wanted. Very fast and easy experience.He was even a gentleman to us post purchase. We traded the car, and I lost one of the keys. He was extremely classy in insisting that we didn't need to pay for the lost key.

From start to finish my experience at Tustin Cadillac was outstanding! My husband and i worked with Damian and he answered every question we had plus some. He had great response time to the emails and text i had sent with status and updates on the car i was interested in. Initially my car was still waiting on a part when we made the purchase but they were absolutely wonderful in sending us off in a loaner vehicle for a couple of days until mine was ready to go!
