Jose was my service advisor and he was very professional and efficient I brought my truck over there from Mc Peak Dodge. They could not figure out the problem and your technician figured it out first try highly recommend turtle click Dodge.

I was disappointed with the level of service I received. The dealer had my truck for 6 days without explanation. The service rep told me initially I’d be receiving text updates. I never received even one. My repairs seemed relatively minor. After the second day I left messages with no response. By that Friday (3 days in) I called and spoke to someone. I believe I was over charged for minor items. Even when I picked up the truck, and had paid for a check up, I received no feedback from the rep on the results till I called back later. She then informed me of recommended results, e.g., brake fluid replacement, which I would have asked to be done had I known before picking up the vehicle. Very poor customer service and business practices. I have had my vehicle serviced there for 10 years, but will not be coming back.

I took my Jeep in for a recall, and they were great! Eric was personable, professional, and they really took care of me. I still have to go pick the car up, but man, for a dealership service center, experience was second to none. Would recommend!

Honestly I went in for an oil change and they added tire rotation without asking me I can't believe almost 200 dollars for an oil change and tire rotation. To top it off they didn't reset my oil on the odometer cluster no tags for next oil change anything I'm not even sure they changed the oil at this point.

I bought my Msgnum new in 2007 off the DJ out room floor and thanks to my “ LIFE TIME” Warrentee , it continues to run perfect after 17 yrs . thanks to Tuttle Click & Eric Halverson, Service Supervisor. All my repairs are, and will be covered 100% as long as I own the Magnum RT. Thanks Tuttle
