This UPS store is one of the bests stores I prefer. The front desk workers are polite and considerate. Specifically Argell who was helpful in clarifying all my questions and providing peace of mind of complete delivery of documents. Highly recommended.

MEL Was extremely helpful by helping me ship a package to a friend of mine in Texas. Not only did she quote all the options for shipping but also help me save $30 by shipping. The same item put in a different size box. She was friendly, professional, and resourceful. I would definitely come here again to ship my packages!

The customer service at this UPS store is amazing! I was having some issues with a prepaid label and the estimated shipping date. Cindy and Argell were very patient and kind and walked me through some solutions until I was able to get the right label. Thank you so much Cindy and Argell!

I had the most wonderful experience working with Cindy at the UPS store in Tustin. A very precious and expensive rug of mine was lost and she diligently worked to help me get it back. She’s also very friendly and communicative. I highly recommend this store!

I never had to go to a UPS until this week. I needed notary services and Vanessa was the sweetest with me. I had to send documents to Mexico & she was extremely helpful. I will definitely recommend anyone to go visit Vanessa at UPS on Newport!

The UPS store on Newport Drive in Tustin did an excellent job of packing and shipping for me.
Cindy and her associates are very knowledgeable in shipping prep and knew the most cost effective way to move delicate electronic equipment. Very happy with their service.

Argell was the BEST! I had a project that was frustrating me and I needed a good solution - Argell worked hard and made it all happen. Their ability to see my project through with kindness and integrity spoke volumes to my experience from Argell to all the employees who were there, yesterday. I would return for future projects as they made this experience as fast, efficient, and easy as possible!

UPS sells prepaid shipping services. Unfortunately, due to issues with either corporate or the individual store operator, customers are unable to use those prepaid services without purchasing additional materials. Neither FedEx or USPS have this problem. I'm done using UPS.

Got there on Sunday at 1030 to a line of people and said it wasn't open yet. Waited until 1045 and a guy came to unlock the door and said they're not open Sundays. Okay? Website and the posted hours on the door 10AM. I get it's a holiday weekend but at least post something that you're closed today (and possibly tomorrow).

Oliver was an exceptional employee with enthusiasm, kindness, and efficiency. The single best UPS store employee I've ever seen. If you need a return or package shipped, the whole staff here will get it done but Oliver was next level.
