Asked the girl to keep my eyebrows thick as they were thick already and that’s what I always say to make sure they don’t thread more than usual. However she completely did what she wanted and removed a huge chunk of my eyebrows. Literally lines across my face. For some reason I think this girl was intentional with what she did because how can you cut so much eyebrow off when they asked you to keep my eyebrows thick and just do a clean up. This seems like a hate crime and will never come here again after the emotional damage that has been done. This will take months to repair my growth back to my eyebrows. Wish I can post a before and after but don’t want to disclose my image as I’m not okay with what she did

I walked in it was incredibly busy I thought I would be waiting awhile to be seen to my surprise that wasn’t the case I was scene right away the young woman doing my eyebrows immediately asked what I needed I told her there should be a outline she told me there wasn’t anything she could see so I told her let’s have you clean it up and I’ll recheck it while
She was moving through in a rushed manager she took off a chunk of hair and tried to make it seem like it was my
Fault and it was there before but how would she know if she couldn’t even see the outline from before instead of a apology they threw free service at me to get me out the door I been going there since I was 20 years old never again this will be the last time I don’t care about paying I just wanted a apology since I got none in return I walked out

I asked for my eyebrows in a certain shape and the esthetician’s response was extremely rude. She told me that she can’t give me that shape and that I should go elsewhere. She also told me that I should stop messing with my eyebrows myself because I have ruined them (although I told her I never touched them myself before). She was extremely mean and spoke to me in the worst manner. After I said I would just wait for someone else to do my eyebrows, they told me that I had to leave because my baby was being too loud (he was just babbling he wasn’t even crying).

VINITAS BEAUTY is very nice place to get your eyebrows in good shape. MINI did my eyebrow threading very nice and with beautiful shape. I was very excited after seeing my eyebrow. Thanks to Mini she took nice time to do my eyebrow. I would suggest everyone to go there and look for Mini for eyebrow threading or full face threading

I had high hopes for Cindy but she destroyed my eyebrows. I had waited awhile so they can grow and I can achieve the shape I want, just for her to thread off my ARCH! I even showed her a photo with nicely arched brows. I've never had anyone take off the arch of my brow before! What made me frustrated the most was when I told her that she took off my arch, she said I didn't have anything there!!! Are you serious lady? I think I know my eyebrows. I ended up just telling her to thin them out a little because they were also super nonsymmetric. I guess this place is just a hit or miss.

Anjali is my go-to person for all waxing and threading. She is very experienced and does it the least painful out of any place I've visited. Truly a gem. I would highly recommend requesting her.

Anjali is very gentle and kind. She makes sure to interact with her customers and is very accommodating. I would take her services again - whether it be waxing, hair or threading. She is very patient and does a great job always. I highly recommend Anjali for any service.

I've been getting my eyebrows threaded and my lip and chin waxed for over three decades, in locations as diverse as Jamaica, England, and across the US. Never, until my recent experience on 3/2, have I encountered such a distressing outcome. Upon walking into the salon as a walk-in customer, I was greeted with friendliness and no wait time, which was a pleasant start. My request was simple: eyebrow threading and lip & chin waxing. The technician briefly mentioned sugaring as a gentler alternative but didn't recommend it or provide details, so we proceeded as usual. The threading went without a hitch, albeit without achieving the desired arch, but acceptable considering my apprehension about over-thinning. The waxing, however, was a completely different story. The technician's technique was unlike anything I've experienced before, leaving my face feeling ablaze immediately after. Despite expressing that everything was "fine" when asked--primarily due to my eagerness to leave and alleviate the discomfort--I wish I had voiced my discomfort then and there. The situation worsened, leading to a rash believed to be from the wax or the applied "aloe." Despite attempts to soothe my skin with a chemical-free cooling compress, the irritation persisted, raising fears of long-term damage. This ordeal couldn't have come at a worse time, as I'm preparing for an important customer meeting this week. Now, I face the embarrassment of attending it with a visibly red and irritated face. It seems I was unlucky in my technician selection, as another customer specifically requested two others by name. The technician's insistence on the "aloe" and the promise that the redness would subside now feels like an acknowledgment of a mistake, yet there was no direct admission or apology. The discomfort and embarrassment are compounded by my already high anxiety about the upcoming meeting. In summary, despite the salon's positive reviews, my experience was deeply disappointing. I rate it 2 out of 10 and do not recommend their services. If you do decide to visit, perhaps due to their otherwise glowing reputation, proceed with caution, and perhaps opt for those technicians who come highly requested. And remember, they charge extra for credit card payments, so bring cash to avoid additional fees.

They do great with eyebrows. However I'm giving three stars because I noticed when they're distracted talking to other clients, my brows get messed up. So please, focus on the person in front of you.
