PHARMACY is THE WORST. I should have listed to the other reviews, but it was so close to my house. 5 out of 5 times I got the excuse “we don’t control that”. For example their app texts me to pickup meds… no meds (sorry we don’t control that). Later they charge me $100 for wrong prescription and say that’s on me and my insurance. I got them to finally check that “group number = 0000” is NOT a group number. Turns out they do control that but still they have the nerve to claim it’s my problem even though the last 33 years I’ve gotten the same meds, same rate, diff insurance and even 4 times with that Walgreens. DONT GO HERE.

Horrible service. Every single time I go get my medicine refilled which is monthly it’s a low quality service it’s never an exception.
—- lady with short hair said she couldn’t help me transfer a medicine prescription they didn’t have, because she was busy. Keep in mind I was up in line and I was the person she was currently helping. It’s her and their job to help specially when it comes to needed medication. Honestly, HUMANS THAT WORK THERE HAVE A LOW QUALITY LOW GRADE ATTITUDE. it’s their job to help and they don’t.

Waited an hour and a half for a kids vaccine appointment. Clearly understaffed but blamed the delay on "system" issues. While we waited, other patients also waited over an hour for their vaccinations.

Took 40 minutes for four cars. Poor customer service. Long waits every time. Our own doctors don't recommend them as a preferred pharmacy in Tustin.

This place is literally the worst. Still waiting at nearly two hours for a flu shot. People have been in line nearly 1.5 hours for a prescription. Staff simply doesn't care.

Slow with prescriptions!!!! If you have multiple prescriptions to pick up plan on waiting for each one! If you doctor emails for faxes your prescription in don't plan on it being ready when you get there! You can be the only one in line and wait 10 minutes for them to even realize your are there. Then they'll gladly tell you 15 minutes and it will be ready. This will be the last time we use this pharmacy!
