I came in with an EXTREMELY complicated money order that needed to be done ASAP and Rudy was extremely patient explaining in detail what was needed and making sure I followed every step of the way. Customers were lining up behind me I felt so bad but it was something that unfortunately needed to be done !! As a team they were able to help me out and help everyone else too . Rudy if you see this thank you SO MUCH for your help!! I couldn't have gotten this taken care of without you !!I will definitely be back more prepared the next time

Western Union is the worse financial company to send money. If I could, I would give zero stars, or -3 to this company. Representatives at Payday and WU lack accountability, they fail to inform the customer of certain restrictions, and they try to convince you that you were at fault.Long story short, a family member had an emergency, I sent $1000 plus the $11.00 fee. They never informed me that certain locations have a limited amount of $300 when a recipient picks up the money. I called the customer service line, the representative processed the refund and assured me that I am getting the $11 fee back.I thought it was an easy and simple process, boy was I wrong...I returned to this same location to get my money back, but they did not refund my $11. According to the representative at this location , the reason was because Western Union did not authorize the refund for the fee, and I needed to provide another code. I called back the Western Union customer service line, they do not know what is going on, they told me that I should of gotten the full refund plus the $11 fee. Basically they were blaming each other, and did not know who was accountable for this issue. So they decided to open a case with the refund or complaint department, and will take 24-48 to decide if I should get my refund back.First and worse experience I had with Western Union. Save your time and money, and avoid this business. Unless you have plenty of time to waste and spare money to lose. Ultimately, I believe financial institutions should have a professional work ethic, and be held accountable for their mistakes, as well as have an effective way to resolve issues.I learned the hard way, but if you can I'll suggest that you write a check deposit or use your bank institution to arrange a wire transfer. This place probably takes advantage of people and their money, the entire company should be audited and placed under investigation.
