“I don't use this bank, but my grandparents had accounts with them for decades. My grandmother passed away in 2005, and my grandfather just this last month. My parents have been dealing a lot with their estate and they've had nothing but good things to say about how helpful everyone at this bank has been. They're always kind and friendly and have helped make this process a bit easier! We also got a card in the mail from the girls that work there that was very nice and heartwarming. If the nearest location wasn't so far from where I live, I'd definitely use this bank just for the lovely people that work there!”
