“My boyfriend experienced a nasty cut in the parking lot (unrelated to Lowe’s) and the staff were incredible in helping the situation. They provided Gatorade, gauze, and hydrocortisone while we sat on the floor and worked on stopping the bleeding. Team Member, Andrew, monitored us for the entire process and brought water and an ice pack until the wound was wrapped up and stopped bleeding. Amazing service, such an amazing team!”

“We are very grateful to have this store in Twain Harte. They're well stocked, they have good hours, and the employees are always helpful and polite. Some people will complain their cost is higher, but the time to drive to Sonora to get impersonal service at a big box store is generally not worth it. I would highly recommend this store.”
